Fish Habitat
Loss of Fish Habitat as a Consequence of Inappropriately Constructed Stream Crossings
Poorly designed and/or installed culverts create serious problems for fish. This study along the newly
constructed wilderness highway in Labrador demonstrates the importance of local awareness and
involvement in rectifying this common and widespread situation.
