The Philippine Embassy in Brasilia is pleased to announce that it will set
up a Philippine Secretariat for Filipino pilgrims who may need assistance during
their stay in Brazil for World Youth Day 2013 in Rio de Janeiro. The Philippine
Secretariat will be operational from 25-28 July 2013 at the following address:

the period. Filipinos from Rio, Niteroi, Sao Paulo and other areas are encouraged
to avail themselves of consular services to be provided by the Embassy Team in
Rio, in lieu of consular missions to such areas.
