banks shall maintain and operate

in accordance with the classification
of Convertible
Account A and Convertible
Account B as prescribed
in Article
1 of the Ministry
of Finance

hereinafter

equivalent
to the balance
of Convertible
Accounts
established
in foreign
exchange banks
at the foreign
exchange bank's
selling
rate.

Foreign
exchange banks shall,
within
three
days after
the date of promulgation
of this
Regulation,
refund
to the
Bank of janan
foreign
currency
funds deposited
by the Bank
of Japan in accordance
with the provisions
of
Article
7 of the Foreign
