PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS
We announce to shareholders and the market in general, that the Annual General
Meeting held on 04/25/2013, approved the distribution of dividends to shareholders in
the amount of R $ 119,883,446.27 equivalent to R$ 0.73 per share. Payment will be
made on 05/29/2013, based on the shareholding of 04/25/2013. The Company's
shares will be traded "ex" dividend from 4/26/2013.
Shareholders will be credited according to their banking information provided to
Banco Itaú SA - depositary institution of the shares from the date of distribution of this
right. For shareholders whose registries do not contain the number of the CPF/CNPJ
or indication of "Bank/Branch/Current Account", the dividends will be credited from the
3rd business day from the date of updating the electronic files at the Banco ItaúS.A.,
which may be made through any branch of the network or via mail addressed to
Superintendent of Business Services - Avenida Engenheiro Armando de Arruda

Paulo – SP. Shareholders who use fiduciary custody will have their dividends credited
in accordance with procedures adopted by the Stock Exchanges.
