A Universidade não oferece somente prática médica, o aluno deve se inscrever para a disciplina como um todo. Ao final de cada semestre, há avaliações. 1. REQUISITOS 1.1. Para participar, o candidato deve atender aos seguintes requisitos a) Ser aluno de graduação FMUSP 6º ano de Medicina no momento do intercâmbio; b) Ter desempenho acadêmico de excelência; c) Proficiência em inglês; é desejável ter conhecimentos em japonês; d) Estar apto a completar a candidatura e a apresentar os documentos exigidos pela Keio University após a seleção (conferir anexo). 1.2. Por critério de equidade, será dada prioridade a alunos que não tenham participado de intercâmbio acadêmico. 2. INSCRIÇÃO (PRÉ-SELEÇÃO) 2.1. A pré-seleção será feita pela CRInt e Comissão de Graduação mediante a apresentação dos seguintes documentos: a) Ficha de inscrição; b) Histórico Escolar; c) Currículo Lattes; d) Comprovante de proficiência em inglês (poderá ser entregue até 1º de setembro); 2.2. A ficha de inscrição deverá conter uma lista indicando várias possibilidades de estágios em ordem de prioridade, a qual será analisada pela Keio University. Caso não haja disponibilidade, poderão ser sugeridas outras opções. 2.3. As inscrições serão recebidas pessoalmente na CRInt-FM (Av. Dr. Arnaldo, 455 - sala 1345 – atendimento das 8h às 15h) no período indicado. A pré-seleção será feita pela CRInt e Comissão de Graduação mediante análise dos documentos. Se houver necessidade, haverá uma entrevista com a comissão de seleção, a ser agendada após o término das inscrições. 2.5. Após a pré-seleção, os alunos deverão atender os requisitos exigidos da Keio University. Somente os alunos pré-selecionados deverão entregar os documentos exigidos pela universidade (conferir o anexo desta chamada). 2.6. Os alunos pré-selecionados são responsáveis por providenciar e entregar seus documentos dentro do prazo estabelecido pela universidade parceira. A não entrega dos documentos no prazo poderá implicar em indeferimento do intercâmbio. 3. BENEFÍCIOS 3.1. Os selecionados poderão usufruir da: a) Isenção de taxas acadêmicas; b) Todas as demais despesas (passagem aérea, hospedagem e demais gastos) são de inteira responsabilidade do aluno FMUSP. DISPOSIÇÕES FINAIS 4.1 Após o final do estágio, o aluno poderá solicitar o aproveitamento de crédito das disciplinas cursadas. Os pedidos de equivalência serão analisados pela Comissão de Graduação. 4.2. Esta chamada poderá sofrer atualizações ou ser cancelada a qualquer momento. To apply, please follow the instructions below carefully. Eligibility Applicants must: - be in their final year of study at their home medical school/department at the start of the elective program. - have completed basic bedside training in all core clinical subjects prior to the start of the elective program. - be in good academic standing at their home medical school/department. - be sufficiently proficient in English to benefit from the program; an interest in the Japanese language is desirable. Conditions - The maximum duration of any one participant’s stay is 12 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks in each clinical department. Applicants may apply for a maximum of 4 departments during the stay. - Tuition is 2,100 yen per weekday. This is non-refundable and must be paid in cash at the Student Office, School of Medicine on the first day of the program. Tuition fees are waived for students from our partner institutions, a list of which can be found at http://www.ic.keio.ac.jp/aboutic/partner_univ.html. - A maximum of 4 students per academic year can be accepted (on a first-come-first-served basis) from the same medical school/department. (The academic year in Japan runs from April to March.) - Applicants should not directly contact any Keio faculty or staff before receiving formal notification of acceptance from the Student Office, School of Medicine.
