Palestra do DAAD no Túnel da Ciência
Estudar e Pesquisar na Alemanha
Como parte integrante da exposição científica Túnel da Ciência, que segue até
21 de fevereiro no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca, o DAAD realiza a palestra
Estudar e Pesquisar na Alemanha – Programas de Bolsas e Fomento às 13h30
do dia 13 de fevereiro, no Pergamon Hotel, Rua Frei Caneca, 80, Consolação,
em São Paulo.
As palestras destinam-se a estudantes do ensino médio, graduandos,
mestrandos, doutorandos, cientistas e gestores de ensino, pesquisa e
intercâmbio interessados em realizar um estudo ou uma pesquisa na Alemanha
ou em saber sobre as oportunidades de bolsas e cooperações. A entrada é
gratuita. As apresentações serão em português.

Exposição científica
Túnel da Ciência estará aberto à visitação até 21
de fevereiro
A primeira semana de realização do Túnel da Ciência foi um
sucesso. A abertura contou com a participação do Prêmio
Nobel Erwin Neher, que entre outros assuntos também falou
sobre divulgação científica, como mostra a cobertura
realizada pela Revista Fapesp: reportagem Fapesp.
Se você ainda está em dúvida sobre o que vai encontrar na exposição científica,
assista às reportagens realizadas pelo Jornal Nacional da Rede Globo (vídeo) e
pelo Jornal das 10 do canal GloboNews (vídeo).
Na programação paralela ao Túnel da Ciência, além da palestra Estudar e
Pesquisar na Alemanha que será realizada pelo DAAD no dia 13, haverá no dia
17 de fevereiro a mesa-redonda O esclarecimento da verdade sobre graves
violações dos direitos humanos, com a participação do prof. Dr. Jan-Michael
Simon, do Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law, e dos
professores brasileiros Dr. André de Carvalho Ramos, da Universidade de São
Paulo (USP), e Drª. Ana Lúcia Sabadell, da Universidade Federal do Rio de
Janeiro (UFRJ). As duas atividades serão realizadas no Pergamon Hotel (Rua
Frei Caneca, 80, Consolação), que se localiza a 500 metros do local em que está
sendo realizado o Túnel da Ciência, no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca (Rua
Frei Caneca, 569), em São Paulo.

Vilmar Junior relata a decisão acertada de
estudar na Alemanha
“Olá, eu me chamo Vilmar Rodrigues de Oliveira Junior e
recebi uma tarefa nada complicada: falar um pouco da minha
experiência como bolsista brasileiro do DAAD. Digo que não é
difícil falar sobre o assunto porque, além de ter sido acolhido
de braços abertos por todos os envolvidos no programa e de estar realizando um
sonho, viver na Alemanha tem me ensinado valores pessoais, disciplina
acadêmica e profissional, assim como me tem aberto portas inimagináveis.
Antes de mais nada, preciso confessar que não foi nada fácil tomar a decisão de
me inscrever em um programa de estudos internacional. Primeiro porque eu já
havia terminado a faculdade há mais de quatro anos. Segundo porque eu já
estava trabalhando há mais de cinco anos na mesma área. Sair da zona de
conforto é sempre delicado. Além do mais, morar longe de casa por quase três
anos, longe da família, dos amigos e da rotina, em um país com língua e cultura
totalmente diferentes do Brasil, é uma decisão que tem que ser muito bem
pensada."

Agenda DAAD
Palestra sobre o Ciência sem Fronteiras em
Curitiba
Entre os dias 18 e 20 de fevereiro, o DAAD realizará uma
série de palestras em universidades de Curitiba. Os locais e
horários serão divulgados em breve na Agenda DAAD.
Para março estão programas palestras nos estados do Pará e Amapá.

AEBA-GO
Cinema Alemão em Goiânia
O núcleo de Goiás da Associação dos Ex-Bolsistas na
Alemanha (AEBA-GO) promove mensalmente uma sessão de
cinema na Cinemateca do Campus Goiânia do Instituto
Federal de Goiás (IFG – Rua 75, 46, Centro). A série de
filmes será aberta por Ganz nah bei Dir - Ao seu lado, do
diretor Almut Getto. A lista dos filmes programados até novembro está disponível
na Agenda DAAD. Idealizado pela professora do IFG Warde Fonseca- Zang e
pelo professor da Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG) José Clecildo Barreto
Bezerra, o programa Cinema Alemão no IFG tem apoio do Goethe-Institut São
Paulo, que empresta os filmes para exibição.

Vida na Alemanha
Freundeskreis facilita a integração
Recebeu a bolsa do DAAD, está prestes a viajar para a
Alemanha, mas sente-se ainda um pouco inseguro sobre
como será sua integração nos primeiros meses? Não se
preocupe, o DAAD já pensou nisso. Em diversas cidades
alemãs, existem os Freundeskreis, grupos formados por
bolsistas que já estão há algum tempo na Alemanha e estudantes alemães ou de
outras nacionalidades que já estudaram no Brasil ou pensam em fazer isso um
dia.
No informativo deste mês do Freundeskreis há o depoimento de um bolsista do
DAAD, Daniel Pucciarelli, que atualmente é doutorando em Filosofia na
Universidade de Munique. Daniel conta sobre suas experiências acadêmicas na
Alemanha e qual foi o papel do Freundeskreis nesse cenário. O texto ainda serve

Digital Society foi o tema escolhido pelo
AlumniPortalDeutschland para 2014. Ao longo do ano, serão

DAAD-Conacyt
Pós-graduação em Desenvolvimento e Gestão de
Recursos
Estão abertas as inscrições para o programa Environment
and Resources Management (ENREM) realizado em conjunto
pela Universidade de Ciências Aplicadas de Colônia e a
Universidade Autônoma de San Luis Potosí. Há bolsas de
estudos para jovens profissionais das áreas de ecologia, preservação ambiental,
gestão de recursos e desenvolvimento sustentável, assim como para graduandos
em áreas econômicas e sociais. O prazo para inscrições é 28 de fevereiro. As
aulas começam em agosto de 2014.

Master Programme Landscape Ecology and
Nature Conservation
The international Master Programme Landscape Ecology and
Nature Conservation (LENC) at Greifswald University is
qualifying experts for the conservation and sustainable use of
ecosystems worldwide. Teaching language is English.
Recently the DAAD has selected LENC for the scholarship programme
Development-Related Postgraduate Courses - Educating Professionals for
Sustainable Development. From the next intake in October 2014 onwards yearly 8
full DAAD-scholarships will be available for applicants from developing countries.

Hessen International Summer University
The Hessen International Summer University (ISU) at the
Philipps-Universität Marburg is a four-week summer study
program offering specialized seminars in English, credits (up
