a) IPTU - Fundação Real Grandeza
This refers to the Municipal Real Estate Tax (IPTU) of properties located at Rua Real
Grandeza 219, blocks A, B and C to be reimbursed to Fundação Real Grandeza for the lease of
those properties.
b) EDP Brasil
This refers to payment in installments granted by EDP Brasil upon the sale of 40% of the
capital of Enerpeixe to FURNAS, corresponding to 85,333,375 common shares (Note 11).
