Núcleos Traumáticos Precoces e Transgeracionalidade • 19

Resumo
O modelo freudiano do traumatismo, inspirado pela organização bifásica da sexualidade humana, estruturada pelo cenário dípico,
pode ser completado, pro Alberto Konicheckis Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de Porto Alegre 37 longado e enriquecido
por outras modalidades de trauma que convém qualificar de precoces. Referindo-me aos conceitos e casos clínicos
apresentados por Christian Gérard, bem como a experiências clínicas em perinatal, tentei determinar algumas especificidades
desses traumas precoces. Estes se caracterizam essencialmente pela proeminência de processos psíquicos destituídos de
representações e em que os sujeitos e os objetos psíquicos ainda não estão totalmente constituídos, o que torna os cenários
fantasmáticos no mínimo sumários. Os processos de clivagem prevalecem sobre os recalques, e as identificações projetivas
recíprocas revelam-se indispensáveis para a formação do sentimento de si. A partir de manifestações psicopatológicas variadas,
da função do objeto, de pontos cegos na relação transferencial-contratransferencial e de algumas observações sobre a função
parental, pode-se isolar um núcleo traumático precoce individual. Tomando a análise do caso de Pierre, a criança de que fala C.
Gérard, esse núcleo traumático atrai elementos transgeracionais até então pouco ou mal assimilados por diferentes membros da
família.

Abstract
Early Traumatic Nuclei and Transgeneration
The Freudian model of trauma, inspired by human sexuality biphasic organization, and structured upon the oedipal scenario,
could be completed, prolonged and enriched by a number of other modalities of trauma that must be qualified as early. By
referring to concepts and clinical cases presented by Christian Gerard, as well as to perinatal clinical experiences, I tried to
determine some specifications of such early traumas. They are mostly characterized by the prominence of psychic processes that
do not carry any representation and in which the psychic subjects and objects have not yet been completely built, which in turn
make the phantasmagoric scenarios rather brief. The cleavage formation processes prevail over the repression feelings, and the
mutual projecting identifications prove essential for the formation of feelings. From varied psychopathological manifestations, from
the object’s function, from blind spots on the transferentialcountertransferential relation, and from some observations about arental
duties, it is possible to isolate an early and individual traumatic nucleus. By reviewing the analysis of Pierre’s case, the child about
whom C. Gérard speaks, such traumatic nucleus attracts transgenerational elements that have been barely if at all assimilated by
different family members so far.

O Fio de Ariadne: de Winnicott a Ferenczi • 61

O título deste trabalho nos convida a agarrar o fio de Ariadne, partindo de Winnicott, para ver se chegamos a Ferenczi, através
do labirinto das diferentes teorias. A autora pretende trabalhar a relação destes dois autores – Winnicott e Ferenczi – através de
dois eixos principais: (1) a questão da transmissão; (2) a atualidade da clínica de Winnicott e Ferenczi nas patologias da
contemporaneidade. A primeira parte do trabalho tenta explicar a maneira pela qual Ferenczi acha-se tão presente no trabalho de
Winnicott, se nunca tiveram contato e se a obra sobre a qual Winnicott se vale é a dos últimos tempos de Ferenczi, aquela que
se encontrava no Index da psicanálise, portanto, não acessível. Na segunda parte do trabalho, o foco de atenção dirige-se para
as patologias narcísicas (contemporaneidade): borderline, doenças psicossomáticas, psicoses, adições e tendências anti-sociais,
que marcam o trabalho de Winnicott e já haviam sido tratadas anteriormente por Ferenczi.

Abstract
Ariadne’s Thread: from Winnicott to Ferenczi
The title of this article invites us to grab hold of Ariadne’s thread, starting from Winnicott and going on to see if we can arrive at
labyrinth of different theories. The writer intends to work on the relationship between these two authors – Winnicott and Ferenczi –
by way of two main pathways: (1) the question of transmission; (2) the clinically up-dating Winnicott and Ferenzi in the pathologies
of contemporaneity. The first part of the study attempts to explain the manner in which Ferenczi finds himself so clearly present in
Winnicott’s work, if they had never made contact and the work about which Winnicott is valued is that of Ferenczi’s final hours,
that which had found itself into the Index of psychoanalysis, consequently inaccessible. In the second part of the study, the focus
of attention is drawn towards narcissistic pathologies (contemporaneity): borderline, psychosomatic illnesses, psychoses,
addictions and the anti-social tendencies that marked Winnicott’s work, and which had previously been dealt with anteriority by
Ferenczi.

Resumo
Neste trabalho, são nomeadas e discutidas diferentes definições do termo “evolução”, incluindo as posições de Darwin e pencer.
Bion utiliza o termo muitas vezes, especialmente quando se refere à evolução de O (sua designação para realidade última, para
verdade absoluta, para a coisa-em-si, etc.). O R (realidade externa) e O psi (realidade psíquica) são diferenciados e também o
impacto dessa evolução na mente do pensador. A intersecção dessas realidades pode gerar crescimento mental ou o oposto. Ao
final do trabalho, é comentada a evolução das idéias e teorias de Bion.

Abstract
Evolution on and of Bion
In this paper different definitions of the term “evolution” are mentioned and discussed, including Darwin’s and Spencer’s positions.
Bion uses this word often, especially referring it to the evolution of O (his name for ultimate reality, absolute truth, the thing-initself, etc.). O R (external reality) and O psi (psychic reality) are discriminated, and the impact of this evolution in the thinkers mind.
Their intersection can generate mental growth or its opposite. At the end of the paper, the evolution of Bion’s ideas and theories is
comented on.

O autor aborda, do ponto de vista psicanalítico, a relação com o corpo na sociedade contemporânea, na qual se observa uma
busca incessante de perfeição influenciada pela propaganda. Nesse novo contexto, o corpo perdeu suas funções primordiais que
conferem ao indivíduo o sentimento de identidade para se transformar em um objeto de consumo. É destacado o avanço dessa
distorção no pensamento de adolescentes e crianças, dificultando o processo de educação.

Abstract
Being And Feeling In The Current World
From a psychoanalytical point of view, the author approaches the relationship with the body in today’s society, in which an
incessant search for perfection, influenced by advertising, is observed. In this new context, the body has lost its primordial
functions that confer upon the individual a feeling of identity to transform into an object of consumption. A focus is placed on the
advance in this distorted thinking by adolescents and children, thus making the education process difficult.

Resumo
O presente trabalho propõe-se a ampliar a conjectura imaginativa de aspectos pré-natais da mente, incluindo um conjunto
diverso de pensamentos sem pensador e intuições selvagens ou pensamentos não-domesticados. Tal extensão tem o sentido de
ampliar a investigação psicanalítica, do ponto de vista do crescimento mental. Sugiro a idéia de que exista um método ótimo para
uma transformação criativa, com possibilidades de evolução para esses aspectos pré-natais. Esse método é o pensamento
onírico, que adquire, durante a vida diurna, a condição de pré-conceitual. Esse é um dos eixos do trabalho. A dificuldade, na
prática clínica, com pacientes que desenvolvem um exoesqueleto, em prejuízo do contato com sua vida emocional, levou-me a
reavaliar os sonhos, o uso de modelos e a personificação como instrumentos equivalentes aos jogos. As fronteiras entre ciência
e ficção, conjugadas à psicanálise, contêm uma reflexão sobre instrumentos que, combinados, proporcionam uma visão binocular
para a observação do campo da realidade psíquica. O jogo psicanalítico tem uma alusão à extensão do método psicanalítico
para a análise de crianças, proporcionando-lhes meios para comunicar suas experiências emocionais.

Abstract
Science and Fiction in the Psychoanalytical Game
In this paper I intend to enlarge the imaginative conjecture of pre-natal aspects of the mind to include a diverse group of thoughts
without a thinker and wild intuitions or untamed thoughts. This extension has the intention of extending psychoanalytical
investigation from the vertex of mental growth. I suggest the idea that there is an optimum method for a creative transformation
and with possibilities of evolution for these pre-natal aspects. This method is dream-workalpha, which in the mental state of being
awake can be used as pre-conception. This is one of the axes of the work. The difficulties in clinical practice with patients that
have developed an exo-skeleton instead of a true contact with their emotional life, led me to revalue dreams, the use of models
and personification as instruments equivalent to toys. The terms science and fiction conjugated with psychoanalysis contain a
reflection about instruments that combined, provide a binocular vision for observation of the field of psychic reality.
Psychoanalytical game has an allusion to the extension of the psychoanalytical method to child’s analysis, providing them with the
means to communicate their emotional experiences.

A Mãe como Objeto Transformacional: um trabalho analítico com a díade
mãe-filha • 171

O trabalho analítico com a díade mãe-filha se desenvolve dentro de um espaço potencial. É aí onde se visualiza o vínculo,
facilitando o encontro e levando ambos ao reconhecimento mútuo de cada individualidade. Como diz Bollas (1989, p.129): “Criar
uma área intemediária de vivências, sustentar sua existência e, através de um interjogo continuado, instalar, a partir de uma
experiência, um equivalente intrapsíquico de um vivenciar intermediário”. O caso que apresento neste trabalho analítico é o de
uma mãe com sua filha adolescente de 13 anos. Havendo adotado a filha aos seis meses de idade, ambas percorrem um
caminho mútuo de adaptação. O desencontro surge na adolescência, quando tentam melhorar a conduta da adolescente quanto
à sua socialização. Apresento uma sessão na qual uma recordação da mãe surge como objeto evocador de uma experiência
traumática na primeira infância da filha. Não pretendo elaborar as vicissitudes do processo de adoção, pois seria tema de outro
estudo, e sim remarcar a importância do trabalho diádico na solução de uma conflitiva. Tomando como base a elaboração teórica
de Bollas, dou interpretação ao processo que ainda continua entre ambas.

Abstract
The mother as a transformational object: an analytical work with the mother-daughter dyad
The analytical work with the mother-daughter dyad develops within a potential space. That is where the link can be seen, making
the encounter easier and taking both to the mutual acknowledgement of each individuality. Quoting Bollas (1989, p.129), “Creating
an intermediate area of experiences, sustaining its existence and, through a continuous intergame, installing, based on an
experience, an intra-psychical equivalent of an intermediate experience.” The case I discuss in this analytical work is that of one
mother with her 13-year-old adolescent daughter. Since the daughter was adopted when she was six months old, both take on a
mutual path of adaptation. The disagreement appears in adolescence, when one tries to improve the adolescent’s behaviour
concerning socialization. I comment on a session in which a mother’s recollection evokes a traumatic experience of the daughter’s
infanthood. I intend not to elaborate on the vicissitudes of the adoption processes, as it would constitute the topic of another study,
but rather to remark on the importance of dyadic work in solving a conflict. Based on Bollas’ theory, I interpret the ongoing process
between them.

Resumo
Neste trabalho, desejo destacar a importância da voz e dos elementos sonoros como parte da função continente do analista, no
caso de pacientes gravemente perturbados que necessitam reafirmar muitas vezes que não destruíram o objeto. Considero que a
interpretação é eficaz quando combina seus dois aspectos: o sonoro e o semântico. Deveria ser estudada a partir da vertente do
fonético e dos aspectos sonoros não-verbais e a partir da vertente do semântico, que possibilitará a incorporação de um
processo de simbolização que leva à fratura das organizações narcisísticas e à possibilidade de elaborações posteriores.
Destaco, por meio das vinhetas de um caso clínico, a importância da função continente, tendo em vista que a maioria dos
pacientes teve graves carências afetivas que determinam sentimentos de vazio e ausência. Nessa função continente, são
importantes a presença, a voz e a atitude, e se constituem em aspectos fundamentais do enquadre que, juntamente com a
interpretação do analista, recebem uma relevância particular, gerando uma “linguagem” especial de cada díade paciente-analista.
Esses elementos constituem uma unidade dinâmica, que ajuda o paciente a apreender as suas verdades e, desse modo,
desenvolver-se e crescer.

Abstract
The Containing Role of Sonorous Interpretation Elements
In this paper I underscore the significance of the various aspects of the voice of the analyst as part of the setting and containing
function of the psychoanalytic situation specially in the case of very disturbed patients who need to reaffirm time and again that
they have not destroyed the object. I argue that interpretation is effective when it can merge its two components, the semantic, on
the one hand, and the phonetic as well as the non verbal elements involved in uttering the interpretation. Both will make possible
the incorporation of a process of symbolization that will give rise to the fracture of narcissistic organizations and hence enable
future elaborations. Through clinical vignettes, I underline the importance of the holding function, since many of these patients
have had severe maternal deficiencies that bring about a feeling of void and absence. The presence, the voice and the attitude of
the analyst constitute and important part of the setting, which alongside the analyst’s interpretation will create a “special language”
specific to every patient-analyst dyad. These elements will constitute a dynamic unit that will help the patient to grasp his/her truth,
and thus both develop and grow.

O autor apresenta um resumo das concepções de Ogden, expostas no seu trabalho Sobre o Conceito de uma Posição AutistaContígua, para referenciar as idéias aqui expostas, considerando-o um marco para a teoria e para a técnica psicanalítica.
Procura articular, assim, as concepções de Ogden às concepções de Freud sobre o componente orgânico do ego e o progresso
da Neurociência. Expõe a construção do referencial psicanalítico teórico e técnico a partir dessa articulação e a ilustra com o
caso clínico de um paciente psicótico. Finaliza o trabalho com algumas considerações sobre a técnica psicanalítica para esse
paciente.

Development in the Psychoanalytical Theory and Technique: a contribution
The author presents an abstract of Ogden’s conceptions shown in his work On the Concept of an Autistic-Contiguous Position, in
order to present the ideas in this work. Considering such conceptions as progresses in psychoanalytical theory and technique. He
will try to articulate these Ogden’s conceptions with the Freud’s conceptions about the organic component of the ego and the
Neuroscience progresses. He describes the construction of theorical and techinical psychoanalytic referential trough this
articulation. He illustrates it with a clinical case of a psychotic patient and come to an end with consideratios about probable
contributions to the psychoanalytical technique to this patient.

O autor retoma os trabalhos teóricos de Freud sobre os sonhos, acrescenta trabalhos seus e de outros autores, propondo manter
a expressão o trabalho do sonho dado por Freud e resultando a expressão elaboração onírica, entendendoa como um tema mais
complexo estudado por autores pós-freudianos. Através da apresentação de seus casos clínicos, mostra que a elaboração
onírica e a compreensão dos sonhos são possíveis através da análise das implicações transferenciais.

Abstract
The Half Full or Half Empty Glass: work of dream and oneiric workingthroug
The author reexamines Freud’s theoretical works about dreams, adds his own works and works by other authors, proposing
maintaining the work of dream expression given by Freud and emphasizing the oneiric production expression, understanding it as
a more complex theme studied by post-Freudian authors. By presenting his clinical cases, he shows that oneiric production and
the comprehension of dreams are possible through the analysis of the transferential implications.

O presente artigo trata da Linguagem de Êxito, formulação teórica de Bion utilizada na prática analítica. Essa linguagem specífica
seria o veículo para se atingir a singularidade de cada paciente. O artigo traz as questões da linguagem utilizadas tanto para
exprimir a verdade como também a mentira. Aborda a questão da intuição como ferramenta para alcançar algo da verdade
pessoal, diferente das ferramentas sensório-perceptivas utilizadas tradicionalmente na medicina.

Abstract
The search for a Success Language through observing the Principle of Singularity
The presente article deals with the Language of Achievement, Bion’s theoretical formulation used in analytical practice. This
specific language would be the means to reach each patient’s singularity. The paper deals with the language issue used to
express the truth as well as the lie. It brings up the question of intuition as a tool to accomplish something of one’s truth, rather
than the sensoryperceptive tools traditionally used in medicine.
