Changes to The Schedule of Fees at The PTO
February, 2014 Circular Letter Nº. 86 CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AT THE PTO The Official Gazette of February 07, 2014, officially published the new schedule of fees for services rendered by the 1 PTO which will come into force on March 11, 2014 . The official fees for services related to patents and trademarks submitted electronically suffered no adjustments. However, services performed on paper suffered an increase of fees of approximately 11%. This measure aims to encourage the use of electronic services. Should you wish to have any of the above services performed in advance before the fee increase, please let us know.
