What is it?
It is a plot whith a house that has a residential destination. The single storey house

Where is it?
This quinta is situated just outside the village of Oliveira Fazemão. The accessibility is good via a paved road. The last 20
meters are a dirt road. Tábua is about 5 km away. This is a central municipality with all the main facilities such as restaurants,
shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical clinic, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly
market. The larger cities Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km away.
