Payment of the 3rd installment of semiannual interests of the 4th debenture issue
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, October 29, 2014 - Valid Soluções e Serviços de Segurança em Meios de Pagamento e Identificação
S.A. (“Company”) (BM&BOVESPA: VLID3-ON) hereby informs the holders of debentures related to the 4th issue of simple, nonconvertible debentures, in a single series, issued on April 30, 2013, that it will pay the 3rd installment of semiannual interests in
the amount of R$ 577.776050 per debenture, totaling R$ 14,444,401.25, distributed as follows::

3rd installment of interests : R$ 577.776050
Total paid: R$ 14,444,401.25
The net amount of taxes withheld will be credited in the banking accounts informed by debenture holders upon subscription
of the Debentures on October 30, 2014.
