Corporate Values
The corporate values of the BANCO REAL are used as a compass which points the way to decision-taking. The
corporate values had been installed globally by the bank in 1997.
The values were applied with the help of "workshops" which were obligatory for all employees of the company,
in which the transfer of those to the day-to-day business were discussed.
Since then, problematical situations are being discussed on a routine base within the organization, always seeking to
comply to corporate values:
Respect – all people are to be respected, independent of their origin, position, sex and age. The plurality and divergence
of ideas and opinions has to be treated with dignity.
Teamwork – teamwork is the key to success in the bank business. The company shares knowledge and resources,
always benefiting the clients, staff, society and shareholders.
Professionalism – it is self-evident that clients are being treated with the highest quality possible. The same
professionalism is understood within the company.
