Heavenly Father may the merits and prayers
of our blessed Mother Mary, and all the
angels and saints, be combined with our
prayers. Grant the petitions of our parishioners,
especially those who have asked for our prayers. Please
intercede for their physical, emotional and spiritual
needs. Help us to lighten their burdens and brighten
their days. This we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our
Lord. Amen.
Confirmation
The sacrament of
Confirmation will take place
Saturday, June 7th at the 5:00
pm Mass. Please remember
these candidates, sponsors and their families
in your prayers as they prepare to receive the
Holy Spirit.

The Vocation Cross
The vocation cross is at someones home for a
two week period. During that time, the parishioner
prays the enclosed prayer for vocations, once a day.
After the two week period, the vocation package is
returned to the church for another person/family to pick
up. If you are interested in praying the vocation prayer
for a two week period, please call Helene Deisbourg at
519-245-5231. Thank you Helene for your comittment
to this ministry.

Prayers for the Sick
We pray for all those who are
sick in our health care
facilities, nursing homes, and
those who are being cared for
by their loved ones at home ~
for those who receive on-going treatments for
terminal and life-threatening diseases. May
God bring them healing and sustain them in
hope.

Once every year, St. Peter’s Seminary makes
an appeal to all parishioners in the Diocese
of London. This year’s Appeal took place
on May 10-11, to coincide with the World
Day of Prayer for Vocations. Appeal
brochures and donation envelopes were in
our parish bulletins. If you did not get one
but would like one, please contact the parish

Please give as generously as you can in
support of St. Peter’s Seminary. Whether or

Right to Life
Join the Walk for Life on
Saturday, June 14th Mass prior
to the Walk for Life is
celebrated at 8:30am at St.
Mary’s Church. Registration
is at 9:15am. Walk begins at
9:45am. The 5 km route (approx. 1hr)
starts and finishes at St. Mary’s Choir
School with BBQ & family entertainment
to follow. The Walkathon is London Area
Right to Life’s main fundraiser; please
walk or sponsor others. For more

Most Rev. Ronald P. Fabbro, CSB will
host the 6th Annual Bishop’s Dinner for
London & Surrounding Communities on
Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the London
Convention Centre. The volunteer organizing committee
is pleased to announce that this year’s Bishop’s Dinner
performers will be Canadian Brass.
Tickets are $125/person and eligible for a $50 donation
receipt. A table of 10 is $1250. To order, call Mrs.

support the Institute for Catholic Formation at St. Peter’s
Seminary. The Institute provides formation, ongoing
