Analysis: Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.;
Total acidity: 5.6 g / l, pH: 3.28; Sugars:
<5g / l
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless
steel vats with 5 months batonnage.
Tasting Notes: Bright green color. Citrus
aroma, very fruity, apricot with some
minerality. Unctuous texture with
balanced acidity, some sweetness and
persistence.
Gastronomy: Ideal to accompany light
meats, cod, salads and shellfish.
Preservation: Keeping the bottle lying
down in a cool and humid (60%) place.
Temperature: Serve at a temperature of
6/8°C.
