Casa de Sarmento Branco 2010 Vinho Regional Alentejano Country: Portugal Type: White Region: Alentejo Climate: Mediterranean Soil: Schist slopes with some Granitic outcrops. Method of cultivation (guide): Guyot Double Cord Average Production:70 hl / ha Grape varieties : Mixture of varieties from Alentejo. Antao Vaz, Roupeiro, Tamarez and Fernão Pires. Analysis: Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.; Total acidity: 5.6 g / l, pH: 3.28; Sugars: <5g / l Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with 5 months batonnage. Tasting Notes: Bright green color. Citrus aroma, very fruity, apricot with some minerality. Unctuous texture with balanced acidity, some sweetness and persistence. Gastronomy: Ideal to accompany light meats, cod, salads and shellfish. Preservation: Keeping the bottle lying down in a cool and humid (60%) place. Temperature: Serve at a temperature of 6/8°C.
