Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo Law School in 2001.
Mr. Drago completed a postgraduate course in Finance Administration at FIA/FEA in 2002.
He earned an LL.M. in Competition Law from the King's College of London, University of
London, England,in 2005.
Currently, he is a doctoral student in Commercial Law with major in Competition Law at
Universidade de São Paulo.

Washington, D.C. (2007).
Council Member of the Brazilian Institute of Studies of Competition, Consumption and
International Trade (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos de Concorrência, Consumo e Comércio
Internacional - IBRAC).
Member of the Competition Law Commission (Comissão de Direito Concorrencial CECORE).
Coordinator of the Competition Law Commission of the Law Firms Center of Studies (Centro
de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados - CESA).
