ESTUDOS CRÍTICOS EM ORGANIZAÇÃO, ESTRATÉGIA E GOVERNANÇA NO ESPORTE Ementa: A presente disciplina tem o objetivo de aprofundar alguns temas dos estudos organizacionais e estudos críticos em administração aplicados ao esporte. São apresentadas algumas abordagens gerais dos estudos organizacionais e críticos em gestão do esporte, bem como aspectos teóricos e metodológicos. Procuramos observar as organizações operando em um contexto cultural, político e econômico amplo, caracterizado por relações assimétricas de poder que foram historicamente constituídas. A ideia é estimular as reflexões críticas das pesquisas que tem como foco os indivíduos ou grupos no contexto organizacional do esporte.
