Repercussion of the group's works
The researchers of the group obtained resources from funding agencies, notably the FAPESP,
for mounting, in University of São Paulo, School of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto, the following
laboratories: Cell Culture, Molecular Biology, Histology (conventional and cuts by wear-Exakt )
and Microscopy and Analysis of Three-dimensional images. The group's activities have enabled
the qualification of undergaduate and graduate people by allowing the participation of students
of scientific initiation, master's dregree and doctoral, as well as port-doctoral. The results of the
projects developed have been disclosed in congresses in Brazil and abroad and by the
publication of scientific papers in refereed international journals. The group has collaboration
with USP researchers (FFCLRP, FOB, etc), researchers from other brazilian institutions (UERJ,
UFSCar, UNESP, etc) and from international institutions (University of Sheffield-England,
University of Montreal, University of Toronto-Canada, Instituto Politecnico di Milano-Italy e The
University of Alabama-USA). Furthermore, our infrasctructure has been made available for
other researchers to develop research projects, dissertations and thesis.
