nome homónimo,que alberga os serviços administrativos
e a maioria dos habitantes da ilha.

-“A Ilha Fantástica”, como cunhada por um dos maiores romancistas cabo-verdianos em
seu livro do mesmo título, é o berço de uma natureza de um misto deslumbrante, variando
desde extensas praias de areia branca e água cristalina, à desertos de dunas com oásis
ocasionais de Tamareiras – a vegetação mais típica da ilha – combinados à um clima onde
o oceano e os ventos alísios nivelam a temperatura à uma média anual raramente superior
a 25 ºC ou abaixo dos 20 ºC, e com sol durante todo o ano.
-“The Fantastic Island”, as coined by one of the largest capeverdian novelists in his book of
the same title, it is the cradle of a nature of a mixed one blinding, varying from extensive
beaches of white sand and crystalline water, to deserts of dunes with occasional oasis of
palm trees - the most typical vegetation of the island - combined to a climate where the
ocean and the trade winds rarely level the temperature to the one annual average superior
to 25 ºC or below 20 ºC, and with sun during the whole year.

materiais tradicionais de construção local, ao fino acabamento de materiais de qualidade e estética
impecável.
Simplicity, local tradition and quality are the bets of this project, it praises for the combination of the use of
traditional materials of local construction, to the fine finish of quality materials and impeccable aesthetics.
EDIFICIO SAL REI / SAL REI BUILDING
O edifício contempla 11 apartamentos distribuídos nas tipologiasT1 e T2 e T3 com vista
para o mar límpido da “Ilha Fantástica”, a 5 minutos da famosa Praia de Cabral, onde
anualmente se realiza no mês de Agosto um dos maiores festivais de musica de Cabo
Verde, com grupos cabo-verdianos e internacionais.
The Building is distributed by eleven apartments T1, T2 and T3, with a view for the limpid
sea of the “Fantastic Island”, 5 minutes of the famous beach of Cabral, where annually takes
place in the month of August one of the biggest music festivals from Cape Verde, with
capeverdian and international musical groups.
