REN ENTERS INTO FINANCING AGREEMENT WITH THE EUROPEAN INVESTMENT BANK
REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, S.A. (REN) has executed today a long term
financing agreement with the European Investment Bank, for an amount of 250
million euros, with the purpose of financing investments related with the
reinforcement and expansion of the National Electricity Transmission Network
(“RNT”) which has been granted in concession to REN - Rede Eléctrica Nacional, S.A.,
which share capital is fully owned by REN.
