REGULAMENTO
1 - OBJETIVO
O Arraial Cine Fest - 8ª edição - Festival Internacional de Cinema e Vídeo de Arraial d'Ajuda
tem como objetivo principal consolidar um espaço de exibição, difusão e premiação da
produção audiovisual nacional e internacional. O Festival reúne também personalidades
ligadas à atividade cinematográfica, promovendo encontros, cursos, seminários e oficinas. Por
outro lado, o Festival possibilita o intercambio entre produtores, diretores, atores, distribuidores
e exibidores, além de aproximar os criadores de seu público.
2 - LOCAL E DATA
A 8ª edição do Arraial Cine Fest será realizada na Verde Água Praia em Arraial d'Ajuda e na
Sala Walter da Silveira em Salvador/BA de 01 a 05 de março de 2016.
3 - INSCRIÇÃO
3.1. As obras inscritas deverão ter sido finalizadas a partir de 2013 e que não tenham sido
exibidas em salas comerciais ou televisão aberta, pública ou por assinatura. Não há limite de
títulos por realizador/produtor e as inscrições poderão ser efetuadas link ao lado ou
diretamente no site www.clickforfestivals.com
3.2. As inscrições estarão abertas no período de 01 de agosto a 31 de outubro de 2015.
4 - SELEÇÃO
4.1. Mostra Principal: serão selecionados seguindo os critérios de qualidade técnica, relevância
contextual do filme e ineditismo, a serem observados pela curadoria do festival, 04 (quatro)
filmes de longa duração de qualquer gênero.
4.2. Mostra Curta Tudo: serão selecionados seguindo os critérios de qualidade técnica,
relevância contextual do filme e ineditismo, a serem observados pela curadoria do festival, até
20 (vinte) filmes de curta duração de qualquer gênero.
*** Filmes cujos diálogos, se existirem, não forem em português, deverão ser legendados em
português.
5 - SELECIONADOS
A divulgação dos filmes selecionados se dará até 15 de dezembro de 2015.
A organização do festival estabelece a ordem e data de exibição de cada obra selecionada.
Todas as obras selecionadas serão exibidas apenas em suporte digital.
6 - VOTO POPULAR
O voto popular é individual e presencial, e será através de cédula própria, sendo computadas
as opções assinaladas com notas de 01 a 05 e calculada a média ponderada do total obtido
com o número total de votantes.
7- PREMIAÇÃO
Será constituído um júri oficial para mostra competitiva principal, integrado por personalidades
e profissionais do setor audiovisual que não estejam ligados às obras selecionadas. A decisão
do júri é soberana e não submetida a recurso.
O troféu Esquina do Mundo será conferido:
a) ao melhor filme brasileiro de longa duração da mostra Principal eleitos pelo júri oficial;
b) ao melhor filme estrangeiro de longa duração da mostra Principal eleitos pelo júri oficial;
c) ao melhor filme brasileiro de longa duração da mostra Principal eleito pelo júri popular;
d) ao melhor filme estrangeiro de longa duração da mostra Principal eleito pelo júri popular;
e) aos 03 (três) melhores filmes da mostra Curta Tudo eleitos pelo júri popular.
O Júri Oficial poderá eleger filmes para receber o troféu Esquina do Mundo a título de Menção
Honrosa por entender que mereçam destaque por relevância técnica, artística ou temática.
Os resultados do voto popular e do júri oficial, assim como prêmios especiais, serão
anunciados durante a cerimônia de encerramento do Festival.
Será fornecido o certificado de participação e/ou premiação a todos participantes.
8 - CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS
As cópias dos trabalhos inscritos farão parte do acervo do festival.
A assinatura do produtor/realizador na ficha de inscrição implica na aceitação deste
Regulamento.
Os casos omissos a este Regulamento serão dirimidos pela organização do Arraial Cine Fest
8ª edição.
REGULATION
1 - OBJECTIVES
1.1.
Arraial Cine Fest Online – 9th edition - Arraial d’Ajuda International Film and Video
Festival – has as main objective, from this edition on, to consolidate a virtual place for exhibition
and broadcasting of national and international audio-visual production. The Festival also aims at
gathering, at the Awards Party, directors, actors and producers of the nominated films, selected
by internet users and individuals involved in the movies area. The winners of each category will
be given the Esquina do Mundo (Corner of the World) Award.
1.2.
Providing, through the Internet, a watching, broadcasting and monetization area for
independent exhibition of films.
2 – PLACE AND DATE OF THE AWARDS PARTY
Arraial Cine Fest Online Awards Party will take place in Arraial d’Ajuda – Bahia – Brazil at a
place to be defined by the event organization in early December 2017.
3 - SUBMISSION
3.1. Films of all themes and categories finished from 2014 on and not exhibited in the
commercial theaters or television (commercial, government or cable TV) can be submitted.
Films submitted to Arraial Cine Fest by CLICK FOR FESTIVALS and not selected in the two last
editions (2015 and 2016) can be re-submitted. There is no limit for titles per director.
Submissions will be available through a banner on CLICK FOR FESTIVALS website, on the
official website of the festival www.arraialcinefest.com.br or on www.clickforfestivals.com.

3.2. Submission will be available from December 15, 2016 through September 30, 2017.
3.3. Entry Fees – CLICK FOR FESTIVALS fees and regulations mentioned on the website
apply.
4. FILM EXHIBITION
4.1. The films will be exhibited only on the festival website (online – link to the CLICK FOR
FESTIVALS platform).
4.2. All submitted films will be posted on the festival site thirty (30) days after the beginning of
submission period (on January 15, 2017) together with their reference materials [poster,
images, technical information, awards, as well as parental rating (age range)].
4.3. Up to the second submission month (February 15, 2017) the films will be posted on a
subscription-date basis, so that the first submitted films will be on the top of each category
page. After that, the most viewed films will be on the top of the page and they will be
reorganized every thirty (30) days. The last film reorganization will take place one month after
the closing of submissions, on October 31, 2017.
5. FILM SELECTION
5.1. The three (3) most viewed films of each category will be evaluated in November 2017 by
the Official Jury, which will be consisted of an odd number of skilled persons in the audio-visual
and cinematographic areas who will select the best film of each category, which will be known
during the Awards Party in December 2017.
5.2. Film categories are: Feature Film – Fiction | Feature Film – Documentary | Short Film –
Fiction | Short Film – Documentary | Medium-Length Film – Fiction | Medium-Length Film –
Documentary | Animation | Experimental Film | Brazilian Feature Film | Brazilian Short Film.
5.3. The winner of each category, according to the Official Jury, will be given the Esquina do
Mundo award, exclusively created and made by the plastic artist Viviane Janczur.

*** Feature Film [61 minutes and longer]
6. FEES FOR VIEWING THE FILMS
6.1. To watch the festival films for a thirty-day (30) period, the viewer will pay a € 5.00 (five
Euros) fee.
6.2. The amount of the fees will be distributed as follows:
- 33.33% to CLICK FOR FESTIVALS (management and maintenance of the online system)
- 33.33% to Arraial Cine Fest (event organization)
- 33.33% to the filmmakers, proportionally distributed according to the number of views each
film had by individual viewers.
6.3. CLICK FOR FESTIVALS will receive, through PayPal, the fees and will distributed them as
mentioned above.
