Der stetige und dynamische Wandel bezüglich Werkzeugmaschinen, Spindelschnittstellen, Kühlschmier-Methodiken
und Werkzeugspannungen veranlasste uns, einige Neuprodukte sowie Produktergänzungen in unser Programm mit
aufzunehmen, die wir auf der METAV 2006 vorstellen konnten.
Hiermit möchten wir Sie über diese Produkte informieren.

The continuous and dynamic change of machine tools, spindles,
methods of cooling and lubricating and tool clamping led us
to include some new products and product completions in
our product range which we have already introduced at the
METAV 2006 in Düsseldorf. Please find below some first

Anwendungsbereich:
Primär auf Mehrspindelmaschinen mit zentral durch die
Werkzeugspindel geführtem Kühlschmierstoff.
Application range:
Mainly on machines with multiple spindles and coolant supply
centrally through the tool spindle.
Spezifikationen:
• Innere Kühlschmierstoff-Zufuhr bis max. 50 bar Druck
am Futtereintritt
• Längenausgleich in Zug- und Druckrichtung je 6 mm
• Druckpunktmechanismus
• Werkzeugspannung erfolgt über Spannzangen
der Typenreihe ER 11 oder ER 11 GB
• Schneidbereich: M2 - M8
• Geplante Schaftausführungen: HSK-C32, HSK-C40,
weitere Schaftausführungen auf Anfrage

at the tap holder entry
• Length compensation on tension and compression 6 mm each

KSN 5/Softsynchro® (Modell/Studie)
KSN 5/Softsynchro® (model/study)
Diese Werkzeugaufnahme stellt eine Modellstudie dar,
die in die Praxis umgesetzt wird.
This tool adaptation describes a model study being put into
practice.
Anwendungsbereich:
CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen mit Synchronsteuerung,
zentral durch die Werkzeugspindel
geführtem Kühlschmierstoff und
vorgelagertem Spindelgetriebe,
für große Gewindeabmessungen.
Application range:
CNC-machine tools with synchronous control, with coolant
centrally through the tool spindle and mechanical geared
spindle drive for big thread dimensions.
Spezifikationen:
• Innere Kühlschmierstoff-Zufuhr
bis max. 50 bar Druck am Futtereintritt
• Minimallängenausgleich in Zug- und Druckrichtung
• Vorgesehene Werkzeugspannung erfolgt über Spannzangen
nach DIN ISO 15488
