The Troubleshooter is part of Technical Maintenance Control which supports
and steers the daily technical events of the Swiss fleet. The Troubleshooter
supports the Line Maintenance, Flight Crews, Technical Engineering and
Logistic with troubleshooting advises. He monitors, initiates, steers technical
troubleshooting activities on the Swiss fleet.
Your Duties

Ad-hoc and in depths troubleshooting in a systematic approach
Technical assistance? to crew and technical staff with troubleshooting
support
Coordinates all received information regarding technical problems in the
daily operation
Monitors A/C systems,? ADD MEL open work orders to discover negative
trends
Create, follow up and solve troubleshooting cases and repetitive problems
Monitors with various online software aircraft parameters and initiates
required troubleshooting
Provides engineering with field experience
Records new or complex technical problems to enable a final resume
Continuously improves his knowledge on systems of the Swiss fleet
Requirements

B1 with good IERA knowledge for aircrafts system ATA chapter or B2 with
good system knowledge for aircrafts system ATA chapter
Minimum 3 Type ratings Airbus 320 or Airbus 330/340 or Boeing 777 or AR1
or C-Series
Minimum 5 years holder of B1or B2
Very good written and spoken communication skills in English, German from
advantage
Good knowledge of AMOS and MS office
Strong team player but also able to work on own initiative
Ability to master difficult and challenging situations
Willingness to work shifts
