Grundierungsgrau
MODEL AIR es una gama de colores acrílicos desarrollados especialmente
para el empleo con aerógrafo. Su formula contiene una resina acrílica de la
última generación que ofrece unas cualidades hasta ahora no disponibles en un
acrílico a base de agua. Su resistencia, dureza y poder de cubrición es superior a
cualquier acrílico para aerografía.
Formulación: Los colores aptos para aerógrafos requieren un molido especial
para que el pigmento no obture el aerógrafo. El molido de los pigmentos de Model Air proporciona al modelista seguridad técnica y una alta finura al aplicarlos
en sus modelos. La finura especial de Model Air también resulta en una cualidad especial para su aplicación con pincel para detalles en miniaturas, lavados,
transparencias y aplicaciones en capas diluidas.
Colores de la Gama: Han sido seleccionados cuidadosamente para proporcionar al modelista los tonos más empleados. Durante dos años se realizaron pruebas para ajustar los colores a las equivalencias RLM, RAL, y FEDERAL STANDARD más utilizados. Los colores se pueden mezclar entre sí y se pueden diluir
con agua, Diluyente Model Air, Barniz Model Air o alcohol, según el resultado
que se desee conseguir. En cualquier caso, sugerimos una mezcla con Diluyente
Model Air para conservar las propiedades del color.
Superficies: Model Air tiene un comportamiento excepcional sobre todos los
soportes. La adherencia de la pintura sobre maquetas de resina, plástico, acero y
metal blanco es extraordinaria. Además, no requiere imprimación previa. Solo
en casos en que la superficie sea de un color muy oscuro, puede ser útil dar una
imprimación en color blanco o gris claro para aumentar la luminosidad de los
colores.
Modo de Utilización: Agitar bien el bote de Model Air. Depositar la pintura
directamente en el aerógrafo. Se pueden mezclar colores en el depósito del aerógrafo sin necesidad de utilizar para ello un bote auxiliar. Model Air seca casi
al instante de la aplicación con aerógrafo. Una vez aplicado se pueden tratar
inmediatamente con lavados, filtros, aguadas o pincel seco con cualquier tipo
de pintura. Barnices: La gama contiene Barniz Brillante, Satinado y Mate, todos formulados especialmente para el aerógrafo. Estos barnices de nueva formulación secan
completamente en 5-10 minutos y no dejan huella dactilar (no tack). Se pueden
diluir con agua, con Diluyente Model Air o aplicar directamente. En algunos
casos, una capa de barniz es suficiente. Sugerimos un barnizado a base de capas
muy finas.
Los barnices se mezclan muy fácilmente con los colores de Model Air para lograr
tonos más vivos y luminosos y conseguir distintas texturas. El aspecto resultante
es magnífico y la superficie queda satinada, lisa y muy resistente. Se recomienda
limpiar el aerógrafo directamente después de utilizar el barniz (antes de 5 minutos) para evitar que se seque en el interior.
Una vez protegido con los barnices, (sea mate, satinado o brillante) los colores
resisten a óleos, esmaltes, aguarrás puro e incluso ligeros lavados con alcohol. La
resistencia al rozamiento de Model Air es superior a la de cualquier otro color
acrílico a base de agua.
Diluyente: El Diluyente permite dar más flexibilidad al color sin perder sus
propiedades de cubrición, adherencia y opacidad. Además ayuda a retrasar ligeramente el secado dentro del mecanismo del aerógrafo. Aconsejamos añadir
siempre unas gotas de Diluyente Model Air a los colores. Agua o alcohol alteran
las propiedades del Model Air pero no son incompatibles.
Limpiador de Aerógrafo: El Limpiador Model Air es la solución para la limpieza del aerógrafo entre color y color. Elimina rápidamente los restos del antiguo
color y al mismo tiempo lubrifica los mecanismos del aerógrafo sin deteriorarlos,
sobre todo en el caso de aerógrafos con componentes de plástico. Mientras se
pinta con el aerógrafo, se recomienda limpiar de vez en cuando la boquilla del
mismo con un paño humedecido en Limpiador para eliminar los restos de color
seco en esa zona. Eso evitará que el aerógrafo salpique o se obture. (El limpiador también se puede utilizar sobre la maqueta para eliminar colores o corregir
errores).
Para la limpieza profunda de un aerógrafo con restos secos de pintura sugerimos
mezclar el Limpiador Model Air con un 50% de alcohol. Dejamos esta mezcla
dentro del aerógrafo o bien sumergimos todas las piezas en un recipiente con la
mezcla durante 12 horas. Una vez pasado ese tiempo se debe de enjuagar con
Limpiador, protegiendo así el aerógrafo y evitando que su mecanismo se atasque
con el tiempo. Si el aerógrafo se utiliza cada día y la limpieza no se hace tan a
fondo, se recomienda dejar el arógrafo en posición de carga con unas gotas de
Limpiador Model Air dentro de su depósito. Al día siguiente el aerógrafo estará
en perfectas condiciones para su uso.

MODEL AIR is a range of liquid acrylic colours developed especially for airbrush techniques. The formula contains a new acrylic resin with properties until

covering power of Model Air is superior to any known acrylic for airbrushing. Formula: The pigments used for airbrush colours need to be ground to the finest
possible consistency to avoid obstruction of the airbrush valves. The revolutionary milling process of the pigments used in the Model Air formula gives the
modelpainter technical assurance and finest texture when applying the colours
to the model, and produces a very superior qualtity when applying the colours
with a brush for miniscule details, for washes and transparencies and layered
application of diluted glazes.
Colour Range: The colours have been very carefully chosen to provide the
modelpainter with the references most frecuently employed. Tests have been carried out for over two years to develop the tonalities which correspond to the
RLM, RAL and FEDERAL STANDARD colours commonly used. Colours can
be mixed with one another, diluted with water, Model Air Thinner or Varnish
or even alcohol, according to the effect desired, but we recommend the use of
Model Air Thinner since this product conserves the properties of the colours.
Surfaces: Model Air adheres excepcionally well to all surfaces. The adhesion
of Model Air to resin models, plastics, steel and white metal is extraordinary. A
primer is usually not needed; if the object to be painted is very dark, a base coat
of white or grey will help bring out the luminosity of the colours.
Application: Shake paint well before usage. Model Air can be filled straight into
the airbrush deposit, and colours can be mixed in the deposit with no need to use
an external device. Model Air dries instantly when applied with an airbrush. It
can be inmediately overpainted with washes, filters, glazes or drybrushed and/ or
overpainted with any kind of colours.
Varnishes: The range contains Gloss Varnish, Satin Varnish and Matte Varnish,
all created especially for airbrush techniques. These new varnishes dry completely in 5-10 minutes without leaving a tacky film. They can be applied straight or
diluted with water or with Model Air Thinner.
In some cases, one coat of varnish is sufficient. For more protection or gloss, use
several layers of fine coats for best results.
The varnishes mix perfectly with the colours of Model Air to produce different
textures and tones which are more alive and luminous; the resulting surface is of
a very smooth and satin-like appearance. The varnishes dry to a very tough and
resistant finish, and it is recommended to clean the airbrush directly after using
them (before 5 minutes have elapsed) to avoid varnish drying inside the airbrush.
Once protected with varnish, (Gloss, Matte or Satin) Model Air can be overpainted with solvent based enamels or oilcolours: they withstand cleaning with
turpentine and even a light wash with alcohol. The resistance to abrasion of the
colours,
once varnished, is superior to any other waterbased acrylic.
Thinner: The thinner makes the colours more flexible yet does not affect their
covering power, adherence and opacity. The addition of thinner marginally extends drying time within the airbrush mechanism, and airbrush experts recommend always adding a few drops of thinner to the colours. (Water and alcohol can
also be used, but they will alter the properties of Air Model slightly.)
Airbrush Cleaner: The Airbrush Cleaner is the definitive solution for cleaning
the airbrush between colours. It quickly eliminates remainders of the previous
colour used and at the same time lubricates the interior of the airbrush without
damaging the mechanism, especially important in the case of airbrushes with
plastic components. While airbrushing it is recommended to clean the nozzle
now and then with a cloth moistened with Airbrush Cleaner; this eliminates the
remainder of dried paint from that area, and will prevent the Airbrush from splattering or becoming obstructed.
For a thorough cleaning of an Airbrush obstructed with dried rests of paint, we
recommend a 50/50 mixture of Airbrush Cleaner and alcohol. Leave this mixture inside the Airbrush or better yet soak all parts in the mixture for 12 hours.
After this period, rinse thorough with pure Airbrush Cleaner; this will protect
the airbrush and keep its mechanism supple and resilient. If the airbrush is being
used every day without a throught cleaning, it is recommended to leave it in the
“ready” position with a few drops of Airbrush Cleaner in the cup; the next day it
will be in perfect condition and ready to be used.

MODEL AIR sind speziell entwickelte Acrylfarben für die Airbrushtechnik. Die
Farben enthalten einen neuen Acrylharz mit Eigenschaften, die bis jetzt in Acrylfarben auf Wasserbasis nicht möglich waren. Die herrvorragende Resistenz,Härte
und Deckungskraft von Model Air sind jeder bisherigen wasserlöslichen Airbrush-Acrylfarbe überlegen.
Zusammensetzung: Farben für Airbrushtechnik müssen speziell beschaffen
sein, damit die Pigmente der Farben den Airbrush-Apparat nicht verstopfen. Die
ganz fein gemahlten Pigmente von Model Air geben dem Hobby Airbrusher technische Sicherheit und eine ausserordentliche Feinheit beim Airbrushen. Dieser
besondere Feinheitsgrad von Model Air ergibt auch eine hervorragende Qualität
beim Auftragen mit dem Pinsel.und ist besonders geeignet für das bearbeiten von
kleinen Details an Miniaturen, sowie auch für Lasuren, und Übermalen mit mehren verdünnten Farbschichten.
Farbenreihe: Das Farbsortiment von Model Air wurde sorgfältig ausgewählt um
den Hobby Airbrusher mit der am meisten benötigten Farbpalette zu versehen
und zwei Jahre durch Speziellisten getestet um die Gegenwerte von den RL, RAL
und FEDERAL STANDARD Farben zu bestätigen. Die Farben von Model Air
können untereinander vermischt werden und je nach Wunsch mit Wasser, Verdünnungsmittel, Model Air Firnis oder Alkohol verdünnt werden. Vorteilhafter ist es
das Model Air Verdünnungsmittel (Airbrush Thinner) zu benützen, welches die
besonderen Eigenschaften der Farben beibehält.
Oberflächen: Model Air eignet sich zum Gebrauch auf allen Flächen. Auf Harzund Kunststoffmodellen sowie auf Miniaturen aus Metal haftet es hervorragend.
Model Air braucht keine vorherige Grundierung. Bei dunklen Oberflächen empfiehlt es sich die Modelle zuerst mit Weiss oder Hellgrau zu grundieren um die
Leuchtkraft der Farben zu verstärken.
Gebrauchsanweisung: Vor dem Gebrauch gut schütteln und die Farbe direkt in
den Airbrush- Apparat füllen. Model Air trocknet sofort nach dem Aufsprühen.
Nach dem Auftragen lässt sich die Farbe mit Lasuren, Model Color, Ölfarben,
Emaille, o.a. übermalen.
Firnis: Das Model Air Sortiment enthält ein Glanzfirnis, ein Satinfirnis und ein
Mattfirnis, welche alle speziell für den Airbrush hergestellt sind. Diese neuen Firnisse trocknen in 5-10 Minuten ohne durch Luftfeuchtigkeit beinflusst zu werden
(no tack). Man kann Model Air Firnis mit Wasser oder Model Air Verdünnungsmittel gebrauchen oder direkt auftragen. Das beste Resultat wird durch das Auftragen von mehreren feinen Schichten erzielt; bei kleinen Oberflächen genügt ein
Anstrich. Der Firnis lässt sich gut mit den Model Air Farben mischen; durch ihn
erhalt man eine höhere Leuchtkraft. Das Ergebnis ist ausgezeichnet und die Oberflächen trocknen sehr glatt und gleichmässig. Es wird empfohlen den Airbrush-
Apparat sofort nach dem Gebrauch zu reinigen um ein Trocknen des Firnis im
Apparat zu vermeiden. Wenn die Farben mit Air Model Firnis geschützt und durchgehend getrocknet sind, widerstehen sie Ölfarben, Lack, Terpentinöl und sogar
einer leichten Reinigung mit Alkohol. Im Vergleich mit anderen Acrylfarben auf
Wasserbasis, hat Model Air die bessere Haftung und Resistenz gegen Abreibung
und Abkratzen.
Verdünnungsmittel: Das Verdünnungsmittel gibt den Farben mehr Flexibilität,
ohne gleichzeitig die Deckungs-und Haftungsfähigkeit zu beinflussen, und verzögert die Trocknungszeit im Airbrush. Es wird empfohlen immer einige Tropfen
Verdünnungsmittel den Farben hinzuzufügen. Model Air kann auch mit Wasser
oder Alkohol vermischt werden, welches aber die Eigenschaften der Farben beeinträchtigen kann.
Airbrush Reinigungsmittel: Das Reinigungsmittel Model Air ist die geeignete
Lösung um den Airbrush-Apparat beim Wechseln der Farben zu reinigen. Die
Reste der alten Farben werden schnell entfernt, während gleichzeitig der Mechanismus des Apparates beweglich gehalten wird ohne ihn zu beschädigen (Dieses
ist besonders wichtig beim Gebrauch von Apparate mit Kunstoffteilen). Während
man mit dem Airbrush-Apparat arbeitet, wird empfohlen die Düse ab und zu mit
Model Air Reinigungsmittel zu reinigen: damit verhindert man das Verstopfen
des Apparates. Für eine gründliche Reinigung wird die Airbrush gefüllt mit Reinigungsmittel gemischt mit 50% Alkohol. Man kann auch die Teile 12 Stunden in
dieser Mischung legen. Nachher sollte der Apparat mit Reinigungsmittel durchgespült werden damit der Mechanismus geschützt bleibt wenn er längere Zeit nicht benützt wird. Wenn der Airbrush Apparat täglich gebraucht und nicht sorgfältig gereinigt wird, empfiehlt es sich einige Tropfen Model Air Reinigungsmittel
im Farbbecher zu geben und die Nadel der Airbrush etwas zurück zu ziehen. Der
Airbrush wird am nächsten Tag in perfekten Gebauchszustand sein.

MODEL AIR sono acrilici creati appositamente per l’impiego con aerografo.
La loro formula contiene una resina acrilica di ultima generazione che offre una

Formulazione: I colori adatti per aerografia richiedono una macinazione speciale perché il pigmento non otturi l’ugello dell’aerografo. La finezza dei pigmenti di

Colori della gamma: Sono occorsi due anni di prove per aggiustare i colori
all’equivalenze RLM, RAL, e FEDERAL STANDARD più utlizzate. I colori si
possono mescolare tra loro e si possono diluire con acqua, diluente Model Air,
Barniz Model Air o alcool, secondo il risultato che si desidera ottencre. In ogni
caso, suggeriamo una mescolanza con il Diluente Model Air per conservare le
proprietà del colore.
Superfici: Model Air ha un comportamento eccezionale sopra a tutti i materiali.
La presa della pittura sopra modelli di resina, plastica, acciaio e metallo blanco
è straordinaria inoltre non richiede nessun previa preparazione con primer. Solo
in caso che la superficie sia di un colore bianco grigio chiaro per aumentare la
luminosità dei colori.
Modo di utilizzo: Agitare bene la bottiglietta di Model Air. Versare la pittura direttamente nell’aerografo. Si può fare una mescolanza di colori nell’aerografo senza utilizzare altro recipiente. Model Air asciuga all’istante dopo l’applicazione.
Si può trattare immediatamente con lavature di colore o a pennello secco con
qualsiasi tipo di pittura.
Vernici protettive: La gamma contiene Vermice brillante, satinata e opaca, tutte create appositamente per aerografo. Queste Vermice di nuova formulazione,
essiccano completamente in cinque o dicci minuti e non restano appiccicose. Si
possono diluire con acqua o con Diluente Model Air o applicare direttamente.
In ogni caso una mano di vernice è sufficiente. Per ottenete un risultato più fine,
consigliamo di verniciare con diverse mani più diluite.
Le vernici protettive si mescolano molto facilmente con i colori Model Air per ottenere toni più vivi e luminosi e conseguire diverse finiture superficiali. L’aspetto
risultante è magnifico e la superficie rimane molto satinata e molto resistente. Si
raccomanda di pulire l’aerografo dopo l’utilizzo, (prima di 5 minuti) per evitare
che si secchi nell’interno dell’ugello dell’aerografo.
Una volta protetti con le vernici protettive (sia opaca o brillante) i colori resistono alle vernici ad olio, smalti, acqua ragia pura comprese leggere lavature con
alcool. La resistenza allo sfregamento dei Model Air è superiore a qualsiasi altro
colore a base di acqua.
Diluente: Il diluente permette di darc massima flessibilità al colore senza perdere le sue proprietà coprenti di presa e opacità. Inoltre aiuta a ritardare leggermente l’essiccazione nel meccanismo dell’aerografo. Consigliamo di aggiungere
sempre alcune cocce di diluente Model Air ai colori. Acqua o alcool alterano le
proprietà dei model Air ma non sono incompatibili.
Pulizia dell’aerografo: Il Pulitore Limpiador Model Air è la soluzione migliore
per la pulizia dell’aerografo tra l’uso di un colore ed un altro. Esso elimina completamente tutti residui del colore appena usato e nello stesso tempo lubrifica tutti
i meccanismi dell’aerografo senza danneggiarlo, soprattutto con aerografi con
componenti in plastica. Mentre si spruzza, si raccomanda di pulire ogni tanto,
l’ugello con un panno inumidito con il pulitore per eliminare il resto del colore
secco ed evitare gocce di vernice o l’intasamento dell ugello.
Per la pulizia a fondo con resti di vernice secca, suggeriamo di mescolare il pulitore con il 50% di alcool. Lasciare questa mescola nell’aerografo o meglio lasciare tutte le parti dell’aerografo a bagno per circa 12 ore. Una volta trascorso questo
tempo si risciacqua con il pulitore puro proteggendo cosi l’aerografo ed evitando
che si bloechi con il tempo. Se viene usato giornalmente non occorre una pulizia
cosi profonda. Si mantenga l’aerografo in posizione di “carica” con alcune gocce
di pulitore del serbatoio. Il giorno seguente sarà in perfette condizioni per l’uso.
Les teintes sont miscibles entre elles et peuvent se diluer à l’eau, à l’alcool ou à
l’aide du diluant Model Air en fonction du résultat souhaité. Elles peuvent également se mélanger au vernis Model Air afin d’obtenir une résistance optimale.
Dans tous les cas nous suggérons l’utilisation du diluant Model Air afin de conserver l’intensité du pigment.
Surfaces: Model Air offre une tenue exceptionnelle sur tous supports. La tenue de la peinture sur modèles réduits de résine, plastique, acier et métal blanc
est extraordinaire. La couche de base n’est pas impérative, toutefois, dans le cas
d’une application de couleur très foncée, l’application d’une base blanche ou grise
rehausse la luminosité des couleurs.
Mode d’utilisation: Agiter énergiquement le flacon stilligoutte avant emploi. Déposer la peinture directement dans l’aérographe. Les mélanges de teintes peuvent
s’effectuer directement dans l’aérographe sans utilisation d’un flacon auxiliaire.
Model Air sèche instantanément. Immédiatement après l’application, jus et brossages à sec peuvent être effectués avec tout type de peinture.
Les Vernis: La gamme se compose de Vernis Brillant, Satiné et Mat, tous créés
spécialement pour l’aérographe. Ces Vernis de formulation innovante sèchent
totalement en 5-10 minutes et ne laissent pas de trace. Ils peuvent se diluer à
l’eau, avec le diluant Model Air ou s’appliquer directement. Dans certains cas,
une seule application de vernis est nécessaire. Nous suggérons l’emploi d’un
vernissage à base de couches extrêmement fines afin d’obtenir une finition très
subtile. Les Vernis sont miscibles avec les couleurs Model Air pour obtenir des
teintes plus vives, lumineuses et des textures différentes. Le rendu est superbe et
la superficie a une finition satinée, lisse et très résistante. Il est recommandé de
nettoyer l’aérographe immédiatement après l’utilisation du Vernis pour éviter le
séchage à l’intérieur des ustensiles.
Protégées avec les vernis (qu’ils soient Mat, Satiné ou Brillant) les couleurs résistent aux huiles, émaux, diluants purs et également légers jus à l’alcool. La
résistance aux frottements est supérieure à celle de toute autre peinture acrylique
à base d’eau.
Le Diluant: Il offre une plus grande flexibilité à la couleur sans qu’elle perde
ses propriétés couvrantes, de tenue et d’opacité. De plus, retarde légèrement le
séchage à l’intérieur même de l’aérographe. Nous conseillons d’ajouter systématiquement quelques gouttes de diluant Model Air aux couleurs. L’eau ou l’alcool
altèrent les proprietés de Model Air mais ne sont pas incompatibles.
Nettoyant pour aérographe: Le nettoyant Model Air est la solution idéale pour
le nettoyage de l’aérographe entre chaque couleur. Il élimine rapidement les
résidus de teinte et lubrifie les mécanismes de l’aérographe sans les détériorer,
tout particulièrement dans le cas des aérographes contenant des pièces en plastique. Lorsque l’on peint à l’aérographe, il est recommandé de nettoyer la buse
pour éliminer les résidus de peinture qui risqueraient de l’obstruer. Pour nettoyer
l’aérographe en profondeur, nous suggérons d’utiliser un mélange de nettoyant
Model Air avec 50% d’alcool. Il est recommandé de laisser reposer ce mélange
dans l’aérographe ou d’immerger les pièces dans un récipient contenant le mélange précité pendant 12 heures. Il est conseillé de procéder à un nettoyage scrupuleux avec le nettoyant Model Air afin de protéger l’aérographe et d’éviter un
blocage avec quelques gouttes de nettoyant Model Air à l’intérieur du réservoir.
L’aérographe sera ainsi en parfaite condition d’utilisation. International color references

MODEL AIR est une gamme d’acryliques spécialement conçue pour
l’aérographe. Sa formule originale contient une résine acrylique innovante qui
garantit des performances à ce jour inégalées. Sa résistance et son pouvoir
couvrant la distinguent des acryliques traditionnelles pour l’aérographe.
Sa composition: Les teintes utilisées pour l’aérographe nécessitent une texture
spécifique afin que le pigment n’obstrue pas la buse.
La composition des pigments de Model Air offre au modéliste une sécurité technique absolue et une haute définition d’application.
La finition particulière de Model Air est également de qualité supérieure lors
de l’application au pinceau pour les détails des pièces, les jus et les effets de
transparence.
Les Couleurs de la Gamme: Elles ont été sélectionnées avec soin afin d’offrir
au modéliste les teintes les plus employées. Durant deux années, des tests pointus ont été effectués afin d’ajuster les couleurs aux équivalences RLM, RAL et

1. Escogemos la gama que vamos a utilizar
en nuestro modelo, usando referencias y
perfiles históricos. La carta de colores será
de gran utilidad. Comprobamos que los dosificadores estén en perfectas condiciones,
si no es así usaremos papel absorbente para
limpiarlos.

11. Aclarando y sombreando, usando
máscaras y definiendo áreas, Model Air proporciona cambios sutiles de tono con una

leftover paint and any solid particles which
could prevent the tip from moving freely,

2. Podemos aplicar una capa de imprimación previa si así lo deseamos, dejando secar
entre 2 y 4 horas, siguiendo las instrucciones
del Primer de vallejo.

4. Seleccionamos el color base según el
esquema de colores que queramos aplicar,
agitando enérgicamente el bote en sentido
vertical. Es aconsejable comenzar con un
tono oscuro que cumple la función de
presombreado.

colour scheme you want to use, vigorously
shaking the container up and down.
Starting with a dark shade which acts as
pre-shading is recommended.
9. Debemos aplicar varias capas finas evitando el intentar cubrir todas las superficies con
una sola aplicación, dejando secar entre una
y otra. Model Air seca rápidamente aunque
podemos acelerar el proceso proyectando
aire con el aerógrafo.
7. Si deseamos obtener un acabado satinado, añadimos unas gotas de barniz brillante
Model Air, mezclándolo con la pintura
ayudándonos con un pincel de pelo suave.
8. Mezclaremos con un pincel de pelo suave
la pintura, barniz y diluyente de manera
uniforme y cuidando llegar al fomdo de
la copa.
7. If you wish to obtain a glossy finish, add
a few drops of Model Air Gloss Varnish,
mixing it with the paint using a soft hair
brush.

varnish and thinner evenly, making sure you
get right to the bottom of the cup.

to be cleaned quickly, emptying any remains
of unused paint into a recipient.
18. Then add an amount of Vallejo Airbrush
Cleaner, pouring it straight into the cup of
the airbrush.
22. Añadimos de nuevo Cleaner, pulverizando sobre papel de celulosa absorbente
y aumentamos la presión del compresor
entre 1 y 1,5 kg. Ayudando así a desatascar
y limpiar por completo mecanismos y partes
móviles.
23. Podemos retirar totalmente la aguja
cuidadosamente, evitando movimientos
bruscos y roces con la punta, limpiando la
aguja con Cleaner y un papel absorbente,
antes de introducirla de nuevo en el cuerpo
del aerógrafo.
24. Ocasionalmente podemos lijar con
suavidad la punta de la aguja con lija al agua
de 600/1000, suavemente y apoyándonos
sobre una superficie plana, lo cual elimina
restos incrustados en el metal al pulir éste.
22. Add the Cleaner again, spraying it onto
cellulose paper towel, and increase the
pressure of the compressor to between 1
and 1.5kg. This will help to unblock and
completely clean the movable mechanisms
and parts.
23. As part of the general cleaning process,
the needle can carefully be completely removed, avoiding any sudden movements or
rubbing against the tip. The needle should
then be cleaned with Cleaner and paper
towel, before inserting it back into the body
of the airbrush.
24. The tip of the needle can occasionally
be gently sanded down with 600-1000 grit
wet sandpaper, leaning on a flat surface.
This will remove any remains embedded in
the metal as it is sanded down.
9. Several thin coats should be applied,
allowing the paint to dry between coats.
Avoid trying to cover all the surfaces with
a single coat. Model Air dries quickly,
although the process can be speeded up by
spraying air with the airbrush.

14. Usar una aguja del 0,2 es ideal para
trabajos en modelismo, ya que permite
cubrir superficies amplias y definir también

15. Utilizaremos en nuestro compresor una
presión entre 0.5 y 1 kg, haciendo pruebas
previas sobre un papel hasta conseguir el
trazo deseado.

work, as it allows extensive surfaces to be
covered and small details to be defined.
15. Use pressure of between 0.5 and 1kg in
your compressor, first trying it out on paper
until the desired line is achieved.
19. Aflojamos la rosca posterior de retén de
la aguja y la retiramos parcialmente hacia
atrás cuidadosamente, a fin de poder limpiar
la copa con comodidad.
20. Con un pincel suave del nº 10 removemos el limpiador en el interior de la copa,
vaciando posteriormente el contenido de la
misma y retirando los residuos sólidos que
pudieran atascar el paso de la boquilla.
19. Loosen the rear thread of the needle
stop and carefully move it back slightly, so
as to allow the cup to be cleaned easily.
20. Using a no. 10 soft brush, stir the cleaner inside the cup, subsequently emptying
the contents of the cup and removing any
solid remains which could prevent the tip
from moving through.
