Automatische Schraubenspannvorrichtung
Das rein axiale Verfahren ermöglicht die ausgelegte Klemm- oder Spannkraft exakt in
die Verbindung einzubringen. Hierbei sind wirtschaftliche Aspekte, wie die Optimierung
der Montagezeit, bereits beim Basisengineering berücksichtigt. Durch die automatische
Schraubenspannvorrichtung entfällt zeitaufwendiges Auf- und Abschrauben der Schraubenspannvorrichtung. Das erreichte Einsparpotential liegt bei ca. 50% der üblichen
Verschraubungsdauer, da die Vorrichtung lediglich über den Bolzen geführt wird - Druck
aufbauen, Mutter beidrehen - Vorrichtung abnehmen.

Automatic bolt tensioning device
This purely axial method allows engaging the tensioning force exactly into the connection.
The optimization of assembly time is the biggest benefit, already considered in basic
engineering. Due to the automatic bolt tensioning device eliminates time-consuming
screwing and unscrewing. The resulting time saving of the tensioning is approximately
50%.
