PREISINFORMATIONEN
Prezzi camere: i prezzi si intendono per persona e pernottamento per soggiorni settimanali con il servizio di mezza pensione, compreso buffet di prima
colazione e cena a tre portate con buffet di insalate.
Camere: le camere sono dotate di doccia, servizi, bidet, phon, telefono, TV-ColorSat con radio, cassaforte, frigobar e balcone (ad esclusione di una camera Rustika).
Incluso nel prezzo: collegamento wi-fi gratuito, posto macchina nel parcheggio privato, locale per deposito biciclette, uso della nuova palestra cardiofitness, sala giochi, sala TV-Satellitare e sala lettura, uso del centro benessere
“SANA”: piscina coperta, cascata, zona relax panoramica, whirlpool, sauna
finlandese, bagno turco alle erbe aromatiche, sauna al pino, doccia nebbia
fredda, locale relax, letti ad acqua.
Pasti: per i pasti non consumati non viene praticata alcuna riduzione.
Caparra confirmatoria: si considerano impegnative solo le prenotazioni accompagnate da una caparra confirmatoria di € 100,00 a persona e settimana.
Annullamento della prenotazione: solo le disdette pervenuteci per iscritto
saranno considerate valide. Per disdette all’ultimo momento (tre settimane
prima della data di arrivo) viene richiesta un’ulteriore copertura del danno
fino all’80% dell’intera prenotazione. La caparra confirmatoria viene in ogni
caso trattenuta dall’albergo.
E’ consigliabile stipulare un’assicurazione in caso di annullamento della prenotazione; sul nostro sito troverete informazioni dettagliate.
Arrivi e partenze: Le camere si intendono riservate dalle ore 14.00 del giorno
di arrivo alle ore 09.00 del giorno di partenza. Per arrivi posticipati, partenze
anticipate oppure letti non occupati come da prenotazione viene conteggiato il
prezzo completo detratti i pasti non consumati (cena € 6,00 - prima colazione
€ 3,00).
Modalità di pagamento: per il pagamento si accettano contanti fino a
€ 999,00, assegni bancari, bancomat e carte di credito (NO American Express
e Diners)
Accessori per il centro benessere: in camera sono a Vostra disposizione i
teli da bagno per l’uso del centro. Accappatoi e ciabattine sono noleggiabili
al costo di € 10,00.
Zimmerpreise: Die Preise verstehen sich pro Person und Übernachtung für
Wochenaufenthalte mit Halbpension, inkl. Frühstücksbuffet und 3-GängeAbendessen mit Salatbuffet.
Zimmer: Die Zimmer verfügen über Dusche, WC, Bidet, Fön, Telefon, Sat-Fernseher
mit Radio, Safe, Minibar und Balkon (mit Ausnahme eines Rustikal Zimmers ).
Im Preis inbegriffen: kostenlose W-lan, Autoabstellplatz im Privatparkplatz, Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Benützung des neuen Fitness-, Spiel-, TV-Satellit- und
Leseraumes, Benützung der Badelandschaft „SANA“: Hallenschwimmbad, Wasserfall, Panorama-Relaxzone, Whirlpool, finnische Sauna, türkisches KräuterDampfbad, Fichtenbad, kalte Nebeldusche, Relaxraum, Wasserbetten.
Mahlzeiten: Bei nicht konsumierten Mahlzeiten wird kein Preisnachlass gewährt.
Angeld zur Bestätigung: Bestellungen werden nur als bindend betrachtet, wenn
sie mit einem Angeld zur Bestätigung von € 100,00 pro Person und Woche
begleitet werden.
Stornierung: Zimmerstornierungen sind nur schriftlich gültig. Bei kurzfristigen
Stornierungen (drei Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt) verrechnen wir eine weitere Abdeckung des Schadens bis zu 80% des gesamten gebuchten Aufenthaltes. Der
Angeld zur Bestätigung wird in keinem Fall rückerstattet.
Es wird empfohlen eine Reisestornoversicherung abzuschließen; nähere Informationen erhalten Sie auf unserer Internet-Seite.
An- und Abreise: Die Zimmer verstehen sich von 14.00 Uhr des Anreisetages bis
09.00 Uhr des Abreisetages reserviert. Bei späterem Eintreffen, früherer Abreise
oder nicht besetzten Betten laut Buchung wird der volle Pensionspreis abzüglich der nicht eingenommenen Mahlzeiten berechnet (Abendessen € 6,00 ,
Frühstück € 3,00).
Zahlungsmittel: Für die Begleichung der Rechnung werden Barzahlungen bis
€ 999,00, EC-Karten und Kreditkarten angenommen (NICHT American Express
und Diners).
Bade-Accessoires: Badetücher für die Badelanschaftbenützung finden Sie im
Zimmer vor. Bademäntel und Badeschuhe sind zu einem Preis von € 10,00 ausleihbar.

INFORMATION ON THE RATES
Room Rates: our rates are intended per person and day with half board for a
week-staying, inclusive breakfast buffet and 3-course dinner with salat buffet.
Rooms: All rooms are equipped with shower, bidet, hairdryer, telephone, TV-Sat.
with radio, safe, mini-bar and balcony (except one Rustikal room).
Included in the rate: free wi-fi, parking space in our private car park, local to
deposit bicycles, use of our fitness room, kids room, TV- and reading room, use
of our "SANA" wellness centre: indoor pool, waterfall, panoramic relaxation area,
Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, pine sauna, cold fog shower, relaxation
room, water beds.
Dinner: No reductions are granted for food not consumed.
Confirmatory deposit: your booking is considered firm after the receipt of a deposit of 100,00 Euro per person and week.
Cancellation of booking: only written cancellations are considered valid. For lastminute cancellations (up to three weeks prior to the date of arrival) we charge up
to 80% of the entire period booked. The confirmatory deposit will not be refunded. We suggest to make an insurance about the cancellation of booking.
Arrival and departure: The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival,
and have to be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late arrival or
early departure, or if booked beds are not used, we charge the entire period booked
without food (dinner Euro 6.00, breakfast Euro 3.00).
Method of payment: we accept cash until Euro 999,00, cheques, credit cards (NO
American Express e Diners). Accessories for the Wellness centre: the towels for the Wellness Centre are available in your room. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented at a fee of 10.00 Euro.
