OVERMAT is the division of Ormet S.p.A. that designs, manufactures, and sells a
range of self-propelled automatic mixers for the realization of screed and subfloors.
The brand was established in 2010 to identify an activity existing for over 10 years
within the company.
Ormet S.p.A. has been operating for over 40 years in the field of lifting and handling
applied to moving vehicles through different divisions, each specialized in its field. It is
the union of different realities, expresses many ideas, creativity, values, and culture,
but is largely composed of men who are capable to express great potential.
Today Ormet S.p.A. is composed by five divisions which have achieved, in
time, the leadership in their market.

OVERMAT ist ein Tochterunternehmen von ORMET S.p.A., das selbstfahrende automatische Betonmischanlagen für die Herstellung von Estrich und Untergründen im Bauwesen produziert und verkauft.
Die Marke entsteht 2010, um einer bereits seit über 10 Jahren bestehenden Aktivität
innerhalb der Firma einen eigenen Namen zu verschaffen.
Heute setzt sich ORMET S.p.A. aus 5 Tochter- bzw. Beteiligungsunternehmen
zusammen, die mittlerweile führend in ihrem jeweiligen Sektor sind.
ORMET S.p.A. ist seit über 40 Jahren im Bereich Hebe- und Fördertechnik von mobilen
Anlagen tätig, wobei unterschiedliche Abteilungen jeweils in ihrem Sektor spezialisiert

What it does The self-propelled mixers OVERMAT are a mixing and pumping automated mobile plant that produce in the job site the required amount of substrate and
screed, quickly and precisely, completely eliminating wastage. The operator selects from
a customizable list on the operator panel the product that he wants to realize and then
he can concentrate on laying, controlling the machine through the radio remote control.
HOW IT WORKS The systems, the most compact and manageable of the category,
arrive on site and require only the connection of the water. All the materials are ready
for use and the power is taken by the vehicle engine (version PTO) or by the auxiliary
motor. This means a simplified logistics and the total absence of waste. After selecting
the desired recipe from the archive, the operator starts the system that automatically
takes the different materials and additives from their respective containers, prepares
and pumps the mixture through the pipe directly on the laying surface. In this way, the
worker can concentrates on finishing, in order to realize a high-quality job. The work
stoppage, the corrections in the regulations and restarting can be controlled directly by
the bidirectional remote control, that transmits messages from the system. Simplicity
of use and velocity of preparation mean a high productivity, even in the increasingly
frequent works of restoration in city.

Was macht die Anlage Die selbstfahrenden OVERMAT Mischer sind automatisierte Misch- und Pumpanlagen, die auf der Baustelle schnell und akkurat die benötigte
Menge Untergrund und Estrich produzieren, wobei Verschwendung vollständig vermieden
werden. Der Arbeiter wählt auf der Bedientafel das jeweilige gewünschte Produkt aus
einem personalisierbaren Archiv und kann sich auf das Verlegen konzentrieren, während
er die Maschine über Funk bedient.
So funktioniert sie Diese Anlagen sind die kompaktesten und handlichsten ihrer
Kategorie. Auf der Baustelle benötigt man für sie lediglich einen Wasseranschluss. Alle
Materialien sind bereits gebrauchsfertig und der Strom wird entweder vom Fahrzeugmotor (Version PTO) oder von einem Zusatzmotor erzeugt. Dadurch vereinfacht sich die
Logistik und Verschwendungen werden komplett vermieden. Nachdem das gewünschte
Produkt aus den archivierten Rezepturen gewählt wurde, nimmt der Arbeiter die Anlage in Betrieb, welche dann automatisch die verschiedenen Materialien und Additive aus
den jeweiligen Behältern entnimmt, die Mischung herstellt und diese über die Schläuche
direkt auf die Verlegefläche befördert. Auf diese Weise kann sich der Arbeiter ganz auf
das Legen konzentrieren, um ein Ergebnis höchster Qualität zu erlangen. Das Anhalten
des Arbeitsvorgangs, Korrekturen in den Einstellungen und die Wiederaufnahme des Arbeitsvorgangs können direkt über die bidirektionale Funksteuerung vorgenommen werden. Einfache Anwendung und schnelle Bearbeitung bedeuten hohe Produktivität, auch in
den immer häufigeren städtischen Baustellen für Sanierungsarbeiten.

The complete energy independence, which is realized through the use of the engine
of the vehicle (version PTO) or through an auxiliary diesel engine allows you to be
immediately operational without worrying about the electricity connections in the job
site or the transport of generators.
The use of hydraulics for all drives, peculiar choice of OVERMAT, eliminates all electrical hazards and provides a powerful drive, safe and reliable.
Reliability and safety
The operated technology is simple, reliable, and safe; the electronic control, provided
with self-diagnosis, helps the operator during the use and maintenance the necessary
maintenance activities. All systems are CE marked in compliance with European
Directives. The technology used, through the controlled dosage in the preparation of
the mixtures, allows to satisfy the EU regulation n. 305/2011, allowing the screed
company to provide the necessary certification on the products supplied.
Handy during the drive and positioning
OVERMAT plants are the most compact of the category through innovative and patented solutions like HORIZONTAL TIPPING SILOS. The mobile mixers, which are
raised during travelling on road allow to have a great clearance in the rear end the
vehicle for maneuvering on the road and when accessing on job site. The short pitch,
for vehicles and trailers, and directional steering also in reverse driving in reverse for
trailers allows you to maneuver in narrow spaces without difficulty. The mixers down
at work are easy to check, clean, and maintain, allowing the operator to work in the
maximum simplicity and comfort.

Energieautonomie
Die totale Energieautonomie wird durch den Gebrauch des Fahrzeugmotors (Version
PTO) oder eines zusätzlichen Dieselmotors gewährleistet und ermöglicht die sofortige Betriebsbereitschaft, ohne dass man sich zunächst um Stromanschlüsse auf der
Baustelle oder den Transport von Generatoren kümmern muss. Durch den Einsatz
von Ölhydraulik, eine spezielle Wahl von OVERMAT, werden jegliche ElektronikProbleme vermieden und eine leistungsstarker, sicherer und zuverlässiger Betrieb
gewährleistet.
Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit
Die angewandte Technologie ist einfach, zuverlässig und sicher. Die elektronische
Überwachung mit Autodiagnose-Funktion ist dem Bediener der Anlage sowohl während des Betriebs als auch bei den notwendigen Wartungsmaßnahmen eine große
Hilfe. Alle Anlagen verfügen über CE-Kennzeichnung gemäß der EU-Richtlinien. Die
verwendete Technologie ermöglicht Dank der kontrollierten Dosierung bei der Zubereitung der Mischungen die Erfüllung der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 305/2011. Dem
Estrlichleger ist es somit möglich, die gelieferten Produkte mit den notwendigen
Zertifizierungen zu versehen.
Leichte Lenkbarkeit während der Fahrt und dem Platzieren
Die OVERMAT Anlagen sind die kompaktesten ihrer Kategorie, was innovativen und
patentierten Lösungen, wie dem horizontal kippbaren Silo, zu verdanken ist. Die
beweglichen Mischer sind während der Fahrt auf Straßen angehoben, wodurch der
Fahrer beim Rückwärtsfarhren gute Sicht hat und auf Straßen und auf der Baustelle
mühelos rangieren kann. Der kompakte Radstand der Fahrzeuge und der Anhänger,
die beim Rückwärtsfahren auch lenkbar sind, erlauben das mühelose Rangieren auf
kleinen Flächen. Die Mischer sind beim Arbeiten heruntergelassen und daher einfach
zu kontrollieren, zu reinigen und zu warten, was es dem Arbeiter ermöglicht, seine
Arbeiten möglichst einfach und angenehm zu erledigen.

The compactness of the systems can also be appreciated during loading: the low loading height
allows you to supply in the sand quarry or in the job site easely. The large capacity available in the
silos allow long operational autonomy, including through reloading on site. The pneumatic supply
of the binders makes complete operational autonomy.
Easiness for use
The choice of using a large color operator display simplifies the operator's work, which through
symbols can easily choose the function and the recipe. The presence of a self-test helps the operator not only in normal activities, but also in maintenance.
Productivity
The engines, all strong, allow a long working life of the machine and offer the opportunity to work
even in the toughest conditions. The proportional regulation permitted by the oleodinamic drives
allows you to adapt the hydraulic power required to different needs, without waste and always as

Die Kompaktheit der Anlagen wird auch während des Beladens geschätzt: eine niedrige Ladehöhe erlaubt sowohl in Gruben als auch auf Baustellen eine mühelose Versorgung mit Material. Das hohe Fassungsvermögen der Silos gewährleistet eine lange Betriebsautonomie, auch deshalb, da eine Neubeladung
auf der Baustelle möglich ist. Das Nachfüllen der Bindemittel mit Hilfe pneumatischer Förderung vervollständigt die Betriebsautonomie.
Einfache Bedienung
Die Wahl, eine großes Bedienfeld mit Farbdisplay anzubringen, vereinfacht die Arbeit des Anwenders, da
anhand der Symbole mühelos die jeweilige Funktion und Rezeptur gewählt werden können. Die Autodiagnose-Funktion ist nicht nur bei den normalen Anwendungen, sondern auch bei der Wartung hilfreich.
Produktivität
Die gewählten üppigen Motorisierungen sorgen für eine lange Lebensdauer und ermöglichen die Arbeit unter schwierigsten Bedingungen. Die proportionale Regulierung durch den ölhydraulischen Betrieb ermöglicht
es, die Leistung stets den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen auf der Baustelle anzupassen, wodurch Energie gespart
wird.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Baustelle
Die Verwendung eines in Bezug auf Materialien und auf Energie komplett autonomen Fahrzeugs, garantiert
Sauberkeit und Ordnung auf der Baustelle. Abfälle, wie z.B. Verpackungsmüll, werden vermieden. Der
leistungsstarke Hochdruckreiniger und das innovative Staubschutzsystem ermöglichen es, eine Baustelle

A system of A SERIES is a mixing and pumping mobile
station, fully autonomous, fully hydraulic for all mixtures
for subfloor. Used to make a multitude of products and
store them in the recipes archive. It is controlled remotely by the bidirectional radio. It has large volumes of
cargo for materials and for tools. It has a generous standard equipment, and it is widely customizable through a
wide range of accessories.

the radio. The wide mouth for the manual feed, makes the use
of materials in bags always using the weight dosing system.

Eine Modell der SERIE P ist eine mobile Misch- und Pumpanlage, die mit Silos verbunden oder separat versorgt wird
und sich für alle Mischungen von Untergründen eignet. Es ist
möglich eine Vielzahl von Produkten herzustellen und deren
Rezepturen in einem Archiv zu speichern. Die Anlage wird mit
Funksteuerung fernbedient. Die Anlage ist kompakt und einfach zu transportieren. Man kann sie sehr mühelos an ein Silo
anschließen und sie dann direkt in Betrieb nehmen. Dank eines
großen Schüttlochs ist es möglich, Materialien in Säcken zu
verwenden, ohne auf eine gravimetrische Dosierung der Produkte verzichten zu müssen.
