RESEARCH INTERESTS/CORE SKILLS
Climate research, carbon dioxide and methane, aerosols and clouds, radiation budget,
climate forcing and feedbacks, stratospheric photochemistry, halogen chemistry of the
upper troposphere and lower stratosphere.
Remote sensing of atmospheric parameters, scattering and absorption properties of the
atmosphere, UV/visible/IR absorption spectroscopy, grating and Fourier Transform
spectrometry.
Radiative transfer models, inverse methods, optimal estimation, Phillips-Tikhonov
regularization.
