Preface
Liebe Messebesucher,
Dear Trade Fair Visitors,
wir drehen bei unserem Decoration Star gemeinsam mit der Fachzeitschrift P&G die
dritte Runde und ich möchte betonen, dass
mich die Leidenschaft für innovative Dekorationen und Dekorationsartikel aufs Neue begeistert. Warum? Dies sind oftmals ganz
feine Innovationen, sei es im Design oder in
der Art der Herstellung, die den großen Unterschied machen und dadurch noch mehr
Liebhaber finden und somit den Umsatz ankurbeln. Da dekorative Produkte zumeist
spontan gekauft werden, ist gerade das
Neue, Frische, Ausgefallene oder Besondere
am Point-of-Sale unverzichtbar. Dieser Innovationsgeist ist für die Branche ungemein
wichtig, denn er weckt beim Kunden immer wieder die Lust, im
eigenen Heim für eine besondere Atmosphäre zu sorgen und den
eigenen Stil neu zu erfinden und zu definieren. In diesem Sinne
freue ich mich, mit Ihnen die neuen Umsatzbringer in den Kategorien Christmas und Seasonal Star zu teilen. Ich wünsche Ihnen einen
erfolgreichen Start ins neue Geschäftsjahr!

the third round together with the P&G trade
journal, and I would like to emphasize that
the passion for innovative decorations and
decoration items enthuses me time and
again. Why? Because they are often very fine
innovations, be it in their design or how they
are produced, which make that big difference
and consequently have more fans and therefore stimulate sales.
As decorative products are mostly bought
spontaneously, that new, fresh, exotic or special factor is especially indispensable at the
point-of-sale. This innovation spirit is incredibly important for the industry, because it
awakens the desire with customers again and again to instil a special atmosphere in their own home and to reinvent and define their
own style.
In this spirit I look forward to sharing the new sales generators in
the categories Christmas and Seasonal Star with you. I wish you a
successful start into the new business year!

Preface
Bereits zum dritten Mal wird auf der Christmasworld 2016 der „Decoration Star“ verliehen. Der Innovationspreis, den wir in
Kooperation mit der Messe Frankfurt vergeben, hat sich mittlerweile zu einem begehrten
Award etabliert. Auch dieses Jahr haben sich
wieder Firmen aus dem In- und Ausland mit
interessanten, außergewöhnlichen und
innovativen Produkten beworben. Eine fachkundige Jury kürte im Anschluss die Sieger in
den Kategorien „Christmas Star“ und „Seasonal Star“.
Alle Gewinner und Einreichungen finden Sie
auf den folgenden Seiten – live können Sie sie
in der Sonderausstellung auf der Christmasworld im Christmasworld-Forum in Halle 11.0
bestaunen.
The “Decoration Star” will be awarded for
the third time already at Christmasworld
2016. This innovation award, which we give in
cooperation with Messe Frankfurt, has since
established itself as a coveted award. This
year, once again companies from home and
abroad have made submissions with exceptional and innovative products. A jury of experts will then choose the winners in the
categories: “Christmas Star” and “Seasonal
Star”.

live at Christmasworld in the Christmasworld
Forum in hall 11.0.
