2009« with Stefan Raab at the end of
November and has just launched her
biography "Fake Blood". Alexandra
Rietz is a really powerful woman – who
wants it all!
W
e have a lot to talk about as we relax in
the autumn sun on the beach of Portixol,
especially being two single women. About what?
About the men of this world, of course. But that is
another story, for Alexandra's life is just as exciting
as our singles-talk.
As chief investigator in the "K11 – The Crime
Squad" series, Alexandra and her colleagues have
solved the most bizarre cases in 1,100 episodes.
However, she has not only chased criminals in front
of the camera: "I had wanted to be a police officer
since my early childhood. However, because of my
family, I first learned to be an assistant tax consultant, but I knew even before the final exam that I
would later become a cop."
And that she did. As Police Chief in Osnabrück
and at the 'LKA Niedersachsen', Alexandra experienced the most spectacular cases. These have now
been immortalized in her book "Fake Blood". "It was
incredibly hard work writing the book and it's become
more of an autobiography now. However, I am not
about to tell people the various stops on my path.
I'd rather encourage young people to join the police
and to prepare them for certain encounters. When I
saw a corpse for the first time, for example, it was all
right for me. I'm quite insensitive in that way! What

Wir relaxen in der Herbstsonne am Strand von Por­
tixol und, wie das so ist, wenn sich zwei Singlefrauen
treffen, haben wir uns viel zu erzählen. Worüber? Über
die Männer dieser Welt natürlich. Aber das ist eine
andere Geschichte, denn das Leben von Alexandra ist
mindestens genauso spannend wie der Single­Talk.

lies behind the deed, however, was quite a different
story. Because that often does stay with you. "At
that time, Alexandra was also personal bodyguard
to Lower Saxony’s state premier Christian Wulff: "A
woman is always the best disguise."
This 38-year-old keeps fit by doing a lot of sports.
And how does the world respond to this fearless
superwoman? "I do not see myself as a typical
fe­male, and there are indeed men who get scared
when they hear that I am a police officer and work in
front of the camera. That just isn't for everyone. However, it gives me more time to fly to Mallorca. The
island is beautiful and I have cultivated great friendships. So I even come when the sun is not shining."
And it's not only me who is delighted. Because I
know fully well that there are also a lot of Spaniards looking forward to Alexandra Rietz's next trip to Mallorca!
Als Kriminalhauptkommissarin der »K11 – Kommis­
sare im Einsatz« hat Alexandra mit ihren Kollegen in
1.100 Folgen die skurrilsten Fälle aufgeklärt. Doch nicht
nur vor der Kamera ging es den Verbrechern an den
Kragen: »Polizistin wollte ich schon in frühester Kind­
heit werden. Familienbedingt hab ich zwar erst Steuer­
fachgehilfin gelernt, aber ich wusste schon vor der
Abschlussprüfung, dass ich danach Polizistin werde.«
Das wurde sie auch. Als Polizeioberkommissarin
in Osnabrück und beim LKA Niedersachsen erlebte
Alexan­dra ihre spektakulärsten Fälle. Und genau diese
hat sie auch in ihrem Buch »Kunstblut« verewigt: »Das
Buch zu schreiben, war hammerharte Arbeit. Es ist
zwar eher eine Biografie geworden, aber mir geht es
nicht darum, den Leuten die Stationen meines Weges
aufzuweisen, sondern darum, junge Leute für die Poli­
zei zu begeistern und sie auf bestimmte Begegnungen
vorzubereiten. Als ich zum Beispiel das erste Mal eine
Leiche gesehen habe, war das für mich okay. Ich bin da
ziemlich unempfindlich! Die Geschichten hinter der Tat
sind allerdings anders. Da bleibt schon manchmal was
hängen.« In dieser Zeit war Alexandra auch der persön­
liche Bodyguard des niedersächsischen Ministerpräsi­
denten Christian Wulff: »Eine Frau ist eben immer die
beste Tarnung.«
Privat hält sich die 38-Jährige durch viel Sport fit.
Und wie reagiert die Männerwelt auf die furchtlose
Powerfrau? »Ich bezeichne mich nicht als das typische
Weibchen, und es gibt schon Männer, die verschreckt
sind, wenn sie hören, dass ich Polizistin bin und vor der
Kamera stehe. Das ist nun mal nicht jedermanns Sache.
Umso mehr Zeit habe ich, nach Mallorca zu fliegen. Die
Insel ist schön, und ich habe hier tolle Freundschaften
geknüpft. Deshalb komme ich auch, wenn die Sonne
mal nicht scheint.«
Und darüber freue nicht nur ich mich. Ich weiß
nämlich ganz genau, dass sich auch eine Menge Spa­
nier auf den nächsten Trip von Alexandra Rietz nach
Mallorca freuen!
