Estrela Michelin no Alentejo - Alentejo Michelin Star
Estamos a finalizar a nossa “expedição” relâmpago para sábado 10 de maio ao Hotel L’AND em
Montemor-o-Novo, um hotel boutique, membro dos “Small Luxury Hotels of the World”, para
celebrar a Estrela Michelin recentemente adquirida. O fim de semana incluirá uma degustação de
vinho apresentada pela nossa ex-confrade Patrícia, que representou Portugal há 5 anos na
competição dos “Jeunes Sommeliers” da Chaîne International (ficando num brilhante 4º lugar) e uma
refeição de degustação de 6 pratos (com vinhos a condizer) da autoria do Chef Miguel Laffan,
chefe executivo, que recentemente ganhou uma estrela Michelin.
We are already finalising our expedition on Saturday May 10th to the Hotel L’AND in
Montemor-o-Novo, a boutique hotel, member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, to
celebrate their newly acquired Michelin Star. This will include a wine tasting by our exconfrere Patricia who represented Portugal 5 years ago at the Chaine’s International Jeune
Sommeliers competition (and came out a brilliant 4th), and a 6 course degustation meal with
matching wines by Chef Miguel Laffan, the newly starred chef.
