Your new duties and responsibilities
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Corporate Development is a department of Global Automotive, directly
reporting to the Board of Global Automotive.
The Corporate Development Team is responsible for the development,
refinement and implementation of GA’s overall strategy and its
transfer into concrete fields of action to enable GA to reach its full
potential. Furthermore the unit is also responsible for the
development of GA’s internal/external organizational setup and its
underlying business models to increase efficiency and sales power.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals (m/f) to support our
growth anticipation as a core component in our Global Automotive
organization. This position is based in Unterföhring.
Qualifications, Experience and Key Skills
Key Responsibilities
As a Corporate Development Sales Intern you will
• Prepare and independently conduct field studies helping our sales
team improve the business model and the underlying processes
• Organize and independently conduct expert interviews to learn
about strategically important sales regions
• Support the preparation of sales meetings with our business
partners and work out findings and conclusions
• Support preparation of strategic topics for executive meetings and
planning processes within GA/Allianz Group
• University (pre-)degree
• First experience (business/organizational development) with
focus on insurance/automotive/financial services industry –
relevant work experience or internship is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to
different situations
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with solid negotiation,
mediation and diplomatic skills
• Very organized and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel on 4 out of 5 days
• Driving license required
• Excellent German language skills; English as well as additional
foreign language skills are advantageous
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
