Last minute bookings: Due to the reduction in price,
cash must be paid on arrival. Credit cards are not

Stornierung: Sollten Sie den Urlaub stornieren
müssen, erhalten Sie bis 8 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt
die Anzahlung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr
von € 40,- zurück. 3 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt wird
der Aufenthalt zu 20 % verrechnet. Dies gilt auch bei
verspäteter Anreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise.
Cancellations: If you have to cancel your holiday,
you will get back your deposit minus a processing fee
of € 40 up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Three weeks before the start of the holiday you will
be charged 20 per cent of your stay. This also applies
to delayed arrival or early departure.
Buchungspaket: Dieses Paket beinhaltet das
Begrüßungsgeschenk und die Reiseabbruchs- und
Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Pro Buchungswoche
und Familie € 35,- | ab dem 8. Tag € 50,-.
Es deckt die Stornokosten zu 80 % ab, 20 % werden
als Selbstbehalt verrechnet. Die Versicherung tritt in
Kraft bei Krankheit, Unfall, Tod, schwerer Erkrankung
von Angehörigen, bedeutendem Sachschaden und
unverschuldetem Arbeitsplatzverlust.
Diese Ereignisse sind durch ein eigenes Attest mit
Diagnoseangabe oder entsprechende Bestätigungen
nachzuweisen. An- und Abreise (Bahn oder Flugticket,
Autoreisezug) sind nicht versichert.
Booking package: This includes a welcome gift
and the travel cancellation insurance, and is charged
at € 35 per family and week booked, € 10 per day
booked. 80 per cent of the cancellation costs
(20 % per cent excess) are covered, as are illness,
accident, death, serious illness of relatives,
major property damage and involuntary job loss.
These events must be attested with a doctor’s
certificate (diagnosis) or other documentation.
Travel to and from the hotel (rail or air, motor rail)
is not insured.

apartment has not been booked by another party,
you can check in before 2 pm, or stay in your
accommodation until 5 pm on your departure day,
at an additional cost of € 35 per adult, € 10 per

Use of our catering (lunch buffet, soda fountain, coffee
and cake, ice-cream) costs an additional € 15 per adult,
€ 5 per baby or child.
Grandparents not staying in the Hotel pay € 65 per
day for the whole Hotel package less breakfast.

Annullamento: in caso di annullamento della prenotazione

Entro il termine di 3 settimane dall’inizio della vacanza,
sarà addebitato l’20% del prezzo del soggiorno. Lo stesso dicasi
anche in caso di ritardato arrivo o interruzione del soggiorno.
Pacchetto prenotazione: comprende l’omaggio di benvenuto
e la polizza annullamento e interruzione vacanza.
Per settimana di soggiorno e famiglia € 35,- | oltre l‘8° giorno
€ 50,-. L’assicurazione copre l‘80% delle spese di annullamento,
il 20% viene addebitato come franchigia. Sono coperti da
assicurazione eventi quali malattia, infortunio, decesso,
aggravamento delle condizioni di salute di familiari, danni
materiali rilevanti e la perdita senza colpa del posto di lavoro.
Tali avvenimenti devono essere documentati mediante idoneo
certificato con indicazione della diagnosi o opportune
attestati. Il viaggio di andata e ritorno (biglietto ferroviario o
aereo, treno con auto al seguito) non è coperto.
Check in dalle 14.00 – Check out entro le 11.00
Late Check Out/Early Check in ... Se la suite o l’appartamento
sono già liberi, si può effettuare il check in al mattino, e se non
devono essere occupati, si può rimanere nell’alloggio fino alle
ore 17: prezzo a persona € 35,- | bambini € 10,-.
Se arrivate verso mezzogiorno o volete restare il giorno
della partenza fino al pomeriggio (pranzo a buffet,
fontana della limonata, caffé e torta, gelato):
prezzo a persona € 15,- | bambini € 5,-.
Il soggiorno in hotel di nonni che pernottano altrove è
previsto al prezzo di € 65,- al giorno, comprensivo dell’intero
pacchetto servizi dell’hotel, escluso la prima colazione.
