ESCURSIONI INTORNO AL CATINACCIO
RUND UM DEN ROSENGARTEN
HIKING AROUND CATINACCIO/ROSENGARTEN
DA UN RIFUGIO ALL'ALTRO. Prendete la seggiovia Laurin I che parte da Nova Levante e in seguito la König
Laurin che vi porterá al Rifugio Fronza (2339m). Da lí prendete il sentiero 550 che sale ripidamente fino al
Passo Coronelle (2630m). Giunti lassú camminate lungo il sentiero 541 in direzione del Passo Zigolade (2550m)
fino al Rifugio Roda di Vaél (2280m). Da qui prendete il sentiero 549 che vi porterá al monumeto dedicato a
Christomannos (un'aquila di bronzo) per poi continuare sul 539 fino al Rifugio Paolina (2125m). Con la
seggiovia scendete fino alla partenza degli impianti e da lí ritornate alla seggiovia Laurin I con il bus 185.
Durata: 4-5h. Dislivello: 505m.
VON HÜTTE ZU HÜTTE. Zunächst von Welschnofen aus mit der zweiteiligen
Laurin I- und König Laurin-Sesselbahn (Talstation einige Minuten vom
Dorf entfernt) hinauf zur Kölner Hütte, König Laurin's Lounge (2339m).
Von dort auf Weg 550 über gesicherte Felsstufen und Blockwerk
teilweise sehr steil empor zum Tschagerjoch (2630m) und jenseits
ebenfalls steil hinab zum querendem Steig 541. Auf diesem rechts die
Hänge querend und zuletzt steil ansteigend zum Zigoladepass (2550m)
und jenseits hinunter und hinaus zur Rotwand- oder Ostertaghütte
(2280m). Nun auf Weg 549 die Hänge querend zum Christomannos
Denkmal (Bronze Adler) und bei Wegteilung links auf Weg 539 hinunter
zur Paolinahütte (2125m). Nun mit dem Sessellift hinunter zur Siedlung
Karersee und mit dem Linienbus 185 oder anderer Fahrmöglichkeit
zurück zur Sessellift Laurin I's Talstation. Dauer: 4-5 Std.
Höhenunterschied: 505m.
FROM HUT TO HUT. Take the lift chair Laurin I that starts in Nova Levante/Welschnofen and then the lift König
Laurin that will take you to the Hut Fronza/Kölner. Once there walk uphill the path 550 to the
Coronelle/Tschager Pass (2630m). From there walk along the path 541 direction Zigolade Pass (2550m) until
the Hut Rifugio Roda di Vaél/Rotwand (2280m). From here continue follow the path 549 that will bring you to
the monument dedicated to Christomannos (a bronze eagle) and then continue on path 539 until the
Paolina Hut (2125m). With the chair lift reach the valley station and from there take ghe bus 185 to return to
the lift Laurin I. Duration: 4-5h. Difference in level: 505m.
SOTTO LE TORRI DEL VAJOLET E IL CATINACCIO. Dal Passo Nigra camminate inizialmente sul sentiero 1 e poi
imboccate il 7 attraverso boschi che lasciano il posto a prati soleggiati ai piedi del Catinaccio e delle Torri del
Vajolet. Il ritorno puó essere effettuato sullo stesso sentiero oppure, se siete arrivati al Passo Nigra con
l'autobus, potete continuare dalla Malga Haniger (1904m) sul sentiero 7 in direzione della Malga Plafötsch
(1570m) e poi scendere e riprendere il bus 185 a San Cipriano. Durata: 3,5 – 4h. Dislivello in salita: 470m.
Dislivello in discesa: 1025m.

VAJOLETTÜRMEN. Vom Nigerpass gehen Sie auf Weg 1 und dann auf
Weg 7 durch Wälder und Wiesen direkt unter den Rosengarten und
die Vajolettürme bis zur Hanigerschwaige (1904m). Falls Sie mit dem
Bus gefahren sind, können Sie weiter auf Weg 7 gehen bis zur
Plafötschalm (1570m) und nach St. Zyprian. Im Dorf können Sie auf
den Bus 185 wieder einsteigen. Dauer: 3,5 – 4 Std. Höhenunterschied
aufwärts: 470m. Höhenunterschied abwärts: 1025m.

HIKING TOUR UNDER THE CATINACCIO/ROSENGARTEN AND THE VAJOLET TOWERS. From Nigra/Niger Pass start
walking on path 1 and then take the path 7 through woods and meadows directly under
the
Catinaccio/Rosengarten and the Vajolet Towers. Once you get to the Haniger Hut (1904m) you can decide if
you go back the same way or you continue to St. Cipirano/Zyprian. If you decide to continue walk along path
7 until you reach the Plafötsch Hut (1570m) and then go direction St. Cipirano/Zyprian. Once you're in the
village you can get the bus 185. Duration: 3,5 – 4h. Difference in level uphill: 470m. Difference in level downhill:
1025m.
