Der Yorkville PTP Legacy Partnerships Index ist ein nach Marktkapitalisierung gewichteter Index, der aus dem
gesamten PTP (Publicly Traded Partnership) Universum besteht, unter der Bedingung, dass der Umsatz einer
Partnership in einem Geschäftsfeld außerhalb von Energie erwirtschaftet wird. Das Einkommen dieser Partnerships
würde nach heutigen Standards generell nicht als Partnership-Einkommen klassifiziert werden.
