Die Glasfaltwände “SUNROOM” S.30 werden immer nach Maß gefertigt und bestehen aus
maßeinheitlichen Alu-Elementen, die man auf Schiene schieben kann und auf die rechte oder
linke Seite zusammenfalten kann.
Alle Einzelheiten werden nach exklusivem TENDER Srl Zeichnen mit sorgfältig gewählten und
geprüften Materialien gebaut, wodurch beste Zweckdienlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Dauer
immer versichert werden.
PROFILE - Aus stranggepresstem Aluminium, Schichte 30 mm., mit besonderen Rippen
versehen, um höchste Haltbarkeit zu versichern. Abgerundete Formen und exklusives Design
bieten nicht nur eine angenehme und originelle Ästhetik an, sie versichern auch eine bessere
oberflächliche Behandlung und werden weniger vom Schaden während Transporte und
Installation getroffen.
ZUBEHÖRE - Alle geplant und gebaut, um besonders bei Glasfaltwände benützt zu werden.
Schrauben und Zapfen aus rostfreiem Stahl; Kugellager und Rollen aus synthetischem hochbeständigem Material; hochwertige Dichtprofile.
FÜHRUNG - Die Flügel rollen leicht durch Laufwagen mit Kugellager und Rollen auf eine Obere
und eine Untere Schiene.
KURVE - Auf Wunsch kann man die S.30 Glasfaltwand auch in Kurve schieben.
ZUSAMMENFALTUNG - Sehr einfach, schnell und lautlos. Man kann die Glasfaltwand entweder
auf die rechte oder auf die linke Seite zusammenfalten, oder man kann auch eine sehr breite
Faltwand auf die zwei Seiten trennen. Die zusammengefaltete Faltwand beträgt nur ca. 8%
ihrer Länge.
MAßE - Die einzelnen Flügel, die man immer gleich berechnet, können, je nach der Höhe, bis
750-800 mm. breit und normalerweise bis 3.000 mm. hoch sein. Es gibt keine Grenze für den
Verschluß, denn man kann mehrere Flügelgruppen bauen, die sich auf die Schienen rollen und
sich durch besondere Gelenke und Dichtprofile miteinander treffen. Bei Flügel-Grösse
Entscheidung ist nötig die Region und die Wind-Stärke wo die installiert sein werden, zu
berucksichtigen.
VERSTELLUNGEN - Die Seitenanschläge und die Obere- und Untere-Schiene bestehen immer
aus Profilpaare, die eine 10 mm. Verstellung auf allen vier Seiten ermöglichen.
FÜLLUNGEN - Einfaches Glas, Sicherheitsglas, Isolierglas, Flächer, usw., die bis 20 mm. dick
sein können.
Für die verschiedenen Stärke soll man die Tabelle “Flügelmaß in Beziehung auf Glasdicke”
nachsehen, um nicht zuviel Flügelgewicht zu haben.
GLASREINIGUNG - Auf Wunsch werden die Gelenke so vorbereitet, um eine Abkupplung der
Flügel und die Reinigung der Außenseite von Balkonengläsern zu ermöglichen.
GEWICHT - Das Faltwandsgewicht, außer dem Einbauelement, beträgt 6-10 kg/qm. nach Breite
und Höhe der Flügel.

DESCRIPTION TECHNIQUE
Les Cloisons repliables SUNROOM modèle S.30 sont toujours construites sur mesure et se
composent d’èlèments modulaires en aluminium qui roulent sur des rails et sont repliables de
n’importe quel coté. Toutes les pièces sont construites sur un design exclusif de TENDER, avec
des matériaux développés pour assurer une fonctionnalité, une fiabilité et une longévité
optimal.
PROFILÉS - En aluminium extrudé de 30 mm. avec des nervures de raidissement pour une
robustesse maximum. Les formes arrondies et le design exclusif sont d’autres éléments qui
offrent une esthétique agréable et originale, mais qui permettent également un meilleur
traitement de surface et risque moins d’être endommagés pendant le transport ou la pose.
ACCESSOIRES - Ils sont tous conçus réalisés pour l’utilisation bien spéciales qu’est la cloison
repliable. La visserie est en acier inox, les roues et guidage en matériaux de synthése de haute
résistance et les joints en EPDM.
ROULEMENT - Les vantaux roulent sur 2 rails, un supérieur et un inférieur avec des roulements
à billes et des roulettes de guidage en nylon.
COURBE - Sur demande la cloison repliable peut également être montée sur des rails courbes.
REPLIAGE - Trés facile, rapide et silencieux. Il peut se faire sur un coté soit à gauche soit à
droite avec des vantaux de dimensions importantes, ou peut être repliable du milieu vers les 2
cotés.
L’encombrement de la cloison repliable représente à peine 8% de la longueur totale fermée.
DIMENSION - Chaque vantail (tous les vantaux sont toujours calculés de dimensions ègales)
peut avoir une largeur maximum de 750-800 mm. selon l’hauteur. La hauteur va normalement
jusq’à 3000 mm. Il n’y a pas de limite théorique à la longueur de la fermeture car on peut
construir plusières group de vantaux qui roulent sur les rails et ils se rencontre par des joints
speciaux. Au moment d’établir la dimension des vantaux il fat tenir compte de la Region et la
force du vent ou ils seront installées.
RÉGLAGE - Les rails latéraux, comme les rails inférieurs et supérieurs, sont faits avec des
profils qui permettent un réglage de 10 mm sur les 4 cotés.
REMPLISSAGE - Toutes sortes de remplissage possible avec une épaisseur maximum de 20
mm.
Pour les différents épaisseurs du vitrage consulter le tableau “mesure de porte en fonction de
l’épaisseur des vitrages”, à fin d’eviter trot de pois pour chaque vantauux.
POIDS - Le poids de la cloison repliable hors vitrage est de 6 à 10 Kg au m² selon la hauteur
et la largeur des portes.
Pour commander correctement, toujours utiliser le bon de commande, un pour chaque
ligne de produits, situé au debut pages de ce catalogue.

The Folding sliding doors “SUNROOM” S.30 are always made to measure and consist of aluminium
modular units that slide along top and bottom tracks and can be folded either to the right or to the
left side.
Each detail is made on an exclusive TENDER Srl design with very refined and tested materials that
ensure the highest effectiveness, reliability and durability.
PROFILES - The profiles are made of extruded aluminium, section 30 mm, with special ribs that
ensure maximum hardness. Rounded forms and exclusive design make such glass folding doors
extremely pleasant and original, they allow a better surface treatment and are less subject to
damage during transport and installation.
ACCESSORIES - All accessories are planned and created to be installed particularly in folding
sliding doors.
Stainless steel screws and bolts, wheels and rolls of highly resistant synthetic material, high quality
seals.
RUNNING - The folding doors runs with trolleys along a top track and with guide rollers along a
bottom track.
CURVE - On request the mobile S. 30 glass wall can slide along a track curvature.
FOLDING - Glass walls can very easily, quickly and noiselessly be folded either to the right or to the
left side. In case of very large glass walls they can also be divided to both sides. The space occupied
by the folded glass wall amounts to just about 8% of its length.
DIMENSIONS - Shutters are always made the same size and can be as wide as 750-800 mm.
according to the hight, normally as high as 3000 mm. Folding doors can be as long as you like as
more shutter groups can be built which slide along their tracks and are connected by means of
special joints and seals. For what concerns the dimensions of the panels, measuring must take into
consideration the place where they have to be fixed and the pertinent wind pressure.
ADJUSTMENTS - Side rabbets and the top and bottom tracks are always made of profile couples
which allow 10 mm. adjustments on all four sides.
GLAZING - Glass, safety glass, hollow glass, boards, etc., that can be as thick as 20 mm.
For various glass thicknesses consult the table “door dimensions in function of glass thickness”,
to avoid overweight doors.
GLASS CLEANING - On request the hinges allow the uncoupling of the shutters so that the glass
outer side can be cleaned in case of balconies.
WEIGHT - Glass walls, excluded fitting materials, weigh 6-10 kg/sq.m. according to the shutters
height and length.
