Alle Arbeiten an netzspannungsführenden Bauteilen dürfen
nur durch eine Elektrofachkraft durchgeführt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise, die Sie beachten müssen:
Die DIN-, VDE-, Vorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaften
und die Vorschriften der örtlichen Energieversorgungs­
unternehmen sind zwingend zu beachten.
Bei Arbeiten an der Steuerung ist die Netzspannung
abzuschalten.
Gegen unbeabsichtigtes Wiedereinschalten ist die Anlage
abzusichern.
Alle Leitungen, die 24 V DC führen, sind nicht mit Starkstromleitungen zu verlegen (VDE-Vorschriften beachten).
Die Leitungslängen und Leitungsquerschnitte sind gemäß
den Technischen Angaben auszuführen.
Nach der Installation der Synchronsteuerung sind alle
Funktionen zu überprüfen.
Any work on live components may only be performed by a
trained electrician.
Safety information to be observed:
Observing DIN, VDE, and government safety organisation
regulations as well as the provisions of your local power
company is mandatory.
Disconnect the mains supply before performing any work.
The installation must be protected against accidental
actuation.
No wires conducting 24 V DC must be laid together with
electric power lines (follow VDE regulations).
All wire lengths and cross sections must correspond
with the technical specifications. Check all functions after
successfully installing the sync control system.

Performance description
Das Motorsteuermodul MST 230/4 ermöglicht es,
Steuerspannungen von 230 V AC für 24 V DC Antriebe
umzu­setzen.
Sie hat eine Ausgangsspannung von 24 V DC und
ermöglicht es, Antriebe bis zu einer maximalen Strom­
aufnahme von insgesamt 4 A zu versorgen.
Die Grundausstattung besteht aus einem Steuernetzteil.
Ein Aufsplitten mehrerer Motorleitungen ist möglich.
Der maximale Ausgangsstrom des Netzteils bzw. die
maximale Schaltleistung (4 A) darf nicht überschritten
werden.
Bei Bedarf ist es möglich, bis zu zwei Steuerplatinen
(FTA 3) direkt in der Steuerung zu montieren.
The MST 230/4 motor control module allows you to
realise control voltages for 24 V DC drives of up to 230 V AC.
It has an output voltage of 24 V DC and can supply drives
with a maximum overall current consumption of up to 4 A.
The basic configuration consists of a control power supply
unit.
Sharing several motor lines is possible. The maximum output
current of the power supply unit or the maximum breaking
capacity (4 A) of the modules must not be
exceeded.
If necessary, up to two control PCBs (FTA 3) can be installed
directly into the control system.

Achtung:
Caution:
Die Klemmstellen in der Steuerung sind für maximale
Leitungsquerschnitte bis 2,5 mm2 ausgelegt.
Werden größere Querschnitte verwendet, so ist eine
Querschnittsreduzierung unmittelbar vor der Steuerung
durchzuführen. Die Schutzleiter (grün/gelb) dürfen nicht
verwendet werden. Die VDE-Vorschriften sind zu beachten.
The clamping points in the control system are designed for
wire cross sections of up to 2,5 mm2.
For larger cross sections, reduce the cross section
immediately in front of the control unit.
Do not use the protective earth wires (green/yellow).
Observe all applicable VDE regulations.
