Aufgaben
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and proactive individual to join the Commercial
Vehicle After Sales team based in Mulgrave. In this position you will manage all of our Key Customer
Accounts by maintaining quality long term relationships and driving growth of Mercedes-Benz Truck,
Freightliner and FUSO parts and service.
You will also introduce Key Account Customers’ to parts and service products and initiatives, whilst
ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction is achieved.
Reporting to the After Sales Operations & Communications Manager, your role will include:
- Ensuring parts and service targets for Key Account Customers are achieved whilst driving annual growth
for Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and FUSO service and parts products.
- Maintaining effective and productive relationships with dealers and Key Account Customers to drive
customer satisfaction and ensure an effective ongoing partnership.
- Identifying new opportunities for parts and service sales growth and “value add” initiatives for key
accounts.
- Providing support and coaching to dealerships to ensure a common after sales approach is achieved for
Key Account Customers across the dealer network.
- Working in conjunction with our Sales, Parts and Service Divisions to effectively support our key
accounts and their fleets.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to management for all Key Account Customer activities.
- Managing, maintaining and being the system owner of Fleet purchasing and Key Account Management
IT systems.
Qualifikationen
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will
have strong presentation skills, with the ability to comfortably present to both small and large groups.
Your attention to detail and ability to build effective relationships at all levels is integral in this position.
You will also have strong knowledge and experience in either the Commercial Vehicle automotive
industry, retail automotive industry or with a Fleet Management Organisation. Ideally you will be qualified
in a mechanical trade, Business, Economics or similar.
