Austrian List of Aircraft Operators according to § 2 (2) of the Austrian
Emissions Allowance Act 2011
Liste von Luftfahrzeugbetreibern, die in den Geltungsbereich des EZG fallende Luftverkehrsaktivitäten durchführen:
Die folgende Liste wurden auf Basis der Liste der Europäischen Kommission (VO 748/2009)*
und sonstiger relevanter derzeit vorliegender Informationen über das Jahr 2012 erstellt. Zu
betonen ist, dass die Betroffenheit vom EU-Emissionshandel an die tatsächliche Durchführung einer Luftverkehrstätigkeit gemäß Anhang 2 des Emissionszertifikategesetzes 2011
(EZG 2011) geknüpft ist und nicht an die Aufnahme in diese Liste. Die österreichische Liste
wird daher bei Vorliegen neuer und maßgeblicher Informationen entsprechend angepasst. †
List of aircraft operators performing aviation activities falling under the scope of the
Austrian emissions allowance act:
The following list was elaborated on the basis of the European Commission’s list (Regulation
748/2009)* and other relevant information currently available with regard to 2012. It should
be stressed that inclusion into the EU ETS is linked to the performance of an aviation activity
according to Annex 2 of the Austrian emissions allowance act 2011. In case of new and relevant information the Austrian list will therefore be adapted accordingly.†

Luftfahrzeugbetreiber, die in der Liste der Europäischen Kommission aufscheinen, aber keine Tätigkeit gemäß
Anhang 2 EZG 2011 durchgeführt haben, sind zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt nicht zur Übermittlung eines Überwachungskonzepts gemäß § 8 Abs. 2 EZG 2011 verpflichtet. / Aircraft operators included in the European Commission’s list but who have not performed activities according to Annex 2 EZG 2011 are at this stage not obliged
to submit monitoring plans according to § 8 (2) of the Austrian emissions allowance act 2011.
