Alle Teile des Druckluft-Zubehör-Sets sind nur für den privaten
Gebrauch bestimmt. Das Set ist nicht für den gewerblichen Dauereinsatz bestimmt.
Verwenden Sie die Teile des Sets gemäß dieser Bedienungsanleitung und nur für den bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzbereich.
Personen mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
geistigen Fähigkeiten dürfen das Druckluft-Zubehör nicht benutzen, es sei denn sie werden durch eine Betreuerin/einen Betreuer beaufsichtigt und unterwiesen.
Halten Sie alle Teile des Sets außer Reichweite von Kindern.
Das Druckluft-Zubehör darf nur von sachkundigen Personen in
Betrieb genommen werden. Bei unsachgemäßer Benutzung oder
jeglicher Veränderung können gesundheitliche Beeinträchtigungen sowie Sachschäden entstehen.
Richten Sie Druckluft-Werkzeuge niemals auf sich selbst oder
andere Personen oder auf Tiere.
Verbinden Sie den Druckluftanschluss nur über die Schnellverschlusskupplung mit dem Druckluftwerkzeug und regulieren Sie
die Arbeitsdruckeinstellung über einen Druckminderer. Der maximal zulässige Arbeitsdruck darf niemals überschritten werden,
siehe hierzu die Technischen Daten.
Verwenden Sie als Energiequelle niemals Sauerstoff, brennbare
Gase oder halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoff.
Kontrollieren Sie sämtliche Anschlüsse und Schläuche auf guten
Sitz und Funktionstüchtigkeit. Lose Schläuche können eine
ernsthafte Verletzungsgefahr darstellen.
Trennen Sie vor Einstellungsarbeiten, vor Störungsbeseitigung,
bei längerem Nichtgebrauch und bei Wartungsarbeiten das
Druckluft-Gerät von der Druckluftquelle.

Sicherheitshinweise
 Druckluft-Werkzeuge dürfen nicht zweckentfremdet oder umgebaut werden. Verwenden Sie nur Original-Zubehör. Nicht empfohlenes Zubehör kann ein Gefahrenrisiko darstellen.
 Verwenden Sie die Geräte nicht, wenn sie nicht korrekt arbeiten
oder beschädigt wurden. Unternehmen Sie keine eigenen Reparaturversuche. Wenden Sie sich an unseren Kundendienst.

Only use the items of this set for domestic purposes. The items
are not designed for continuous, professional use.
Only use the parts of this set according to this instruction manual
and for the intended use.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not
allowed to use the compressed air accessory set, unless they are
supervised and briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Keep all parts of the set out of reach of children.
The compressed air accessory set may only be operated by
competent persons. Unintended use or modifications of any kind
can lead to injuries or to damage to property.
Never direct any air tool towards people, animals or plants.
For your own safety always use the quick coupling adaptor to
connect air tools to the air supply. Always regulate the working
pressure by using a pressure regulator. Do not exceed the max.
permitted working air pressure. Please refer to the Technical
Data.
Do not use oxygen or flammable gases as source of energy.
Check if all connections and hoses are mechanically secured and
if they are functioning properly. Loose hoses may cause severe
injuries.
Disconnect the air tool from the compressed air source before
doing any maintenance work or when not in use.
Do not modify any air tool in any way and do not use it for any
unintended use. Only use original accessory. Not recommended
accessory can bear a risk of danger.
Do not use the compressed air accessory set any further in case
of damage. Do not open the units and do not try to repair them
yourself. Contact a professional or our customer service.

Assurez-vous que les accessoires pneumatiques peuvent être

Ne pointez jamais outils pneumatiques sur eux-mêmes ou
d'autres personnes ou des animaux.
Branchez l'air comprimé que par un couplage d'embrayage
rapide avec l'outil pneumatique et ajuster le réglage de la pression du travail à travers un réducteur de pression. La pression de
service maximale ne doit pas être dépassée, voir les caractéristiques techniques.
Ne jamais utiliser comme source d'énergie oxygène, gaz combustibles ou des hydrocarbures halogénés.
Vérifiez toutes les connexions et les tuyaux si bien connectés et
sur leur fonctionnalité. Tubes lâches peuvent être un risque de
blessure grave.
Débrancher avant travail d‘impostation, d'abord de travail pour la
résolution de dépannage, lorsqu'ils ne sont pas en usage et pen7

d'air comprimé.

Collegare la spina dell’aria compressa solo attraverso un
giunto ad innesto rapido con l'utensile pneumatico e regolare
l'impostazione di pressione del lavoro attraverso un riduttore di
pressione. La pressione massima di esercizio non deve mai
essere superata, vedere Dati tecnici.
Non utilizzare mai come fonte di energia ossigeno, gas
combustibili o idrocarburi alogenati.
Verificare tutti i collegamenti e i tubi se ben collegati e sulla
funzionalità. Tubi allentati possono rappresentare un grave
rischio di lesioni.
Scollegare prima di lavori di impostazione, prima di lavori per
risoluzione di problemi, quando non in uso e durante i lavori di
manutenzione, l‘utensile pneumatico dalla sorgente di aria
compressa.

Accessori non raccomandati possono rappresentare un
pericolo per la sicurezza.
Non utilizzare le attrezzature se non funzionano correttamente
o se sono state danneggiate. Non effettuare alcuna riparazione

Benutzen
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
 Die Druckluft-Ausblaspistole dieses Sets ist zum Reinigen und
Ausblasen von Gegenständen und schwer zugänglichen Stellen
bestimmt.
 Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch das Einhalten der Anleitung.
 Jede darüber hinausgehende Verwendung (andere Medien,
Gewaltanwendung) oder eigenmächtige Veränderung (Umbau,
kein Original-Zubehör) können Gefahren auslösen und gelten als
nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für Schäden, die aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung resultieren, haftet der Betreiber.
Vor der ersten Benutzung
Nehmen Sie die Druckluft-Ausblaspistole und die benötigten Zubehörteile aus der Verpackung und überprüfen alle Teile auf Transportschäden. Halten Sie die Verpackungsmaterialien von Kleinkindern fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Inbetriebnahme
1. Die Druckluft-Ausblaspistole ist mit einem R ¼“ Druckluftanschluss (5) ausgestattet. Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit sollten Sie
die Ausblaspistole nicht permanent mit dem Druckluftschlauch
verbinden, sondern einen der beigefügten Schnellkupplungsadapter (9) benutzen.
2. Dichten Sie dazu das Gewinde des Adapters (9) mit Teflonband
ab.
3. Schrauben Sie den Vorsatz für Bälle, usw. (3) oder die Ausblasdüse (2) auf die Aufnahme (7) der Ausblaspistole.
4. Verbinden Sie den Druckluftkompressor über den Druckluftschlauch mit der Ausblaspistole und nehmen Sie den Druckluftgenerator in Betrieb.

Benutzen
5. Drücken Sie auf den Abzughebel (6), um die Luftzufuhr zu
starten. Je weiter der Abzugshebel eingedrückt wird, desto stärker wird der Luftstrahl.
6. Lassen Sie den Abzugshebel los, um die Luftzufuhr zu stoppen.
7. Trennen Sie das Werkzeug nach der Arbeit vom Druckluftgenerator.
Hinweise zum Autoventiladapter
 Dichten Sie das Gewinde des Schnellkupplungsadapters (9) mit
Teflonband ab.
 Verbinden Sie den Schnellkupplungsadapter mit dem Autoventiladapter (4).
 Verbinden Sie den so vorbereiteten Autoventiladapter mit der
Schnellkupplung des Druckluftspiralschlauchs.
Druckluftspiralschlauch
 Verwenden Sie den Druckluftspiralschlauch (8) zur Verbindung
eines Druckluftwerkzeuges mit der Druckluftquelle.
 Verbinden Sie die beiden Druckluft-Schnellkupplungen (1) mit
den R ¼“ Gewinden an den Schlauchenden.
 Verbinden Sie den Schnellkupplungsanschluss mit der Druckluftquelle und mit Ihrem Druckluftwerkzeug.
Luftdruck und Luftmenge
 Die Druckluft-Ausblaspistole sollten mit einem Druck von 2 – 4
bar und mit einem Kompressor mit einem Luftvolumen von min.
200 l/min betrieben werden. Ein größerer Druck als der max.
zulässige Druck von 8 bzw. 9 bar würde aufgrund höherer Belastung die Lebensdauer der Geräte verkürzen. Ideal ist ein Kompressor mit einem Luftvolumen von 300 – 400 l/min.

Benutzen
 Verwenden Sie nur Anschlussschläuche mit einem Innendurchmesser von mindestens 9 mm. Bedenken Sie bitte beim Einstellen des Luftdrucks, dass der Druck bei einer Schlauchlänge von
10 m und einem Innendurchmesser von 9 mm um ca. 0,6 bar
absinkt.
Wartung und Pflege
 Um eine einwandfreie Funktion und lange Lebensdauer zu
gewährleisten, sind gewissenhafte Schmierung und Wartung
unerlässlich.
 Lassen Sie keine Flüssigkeiten in die Druckluftzufuhr der Werkzeuge gelangen und tauchen Sie diese nicht in Flüssigkeiten.
Wasser in der Druckluftzufuhr kann Schäden am Gerät verursachen. Entwässern Sie Ihren Kompressor oder Ihr Leitungssystem
regelmäßig! Reinigen Sie den Luftfilter ihrer Anlage ebenfalls
regelmäßig.
 Zum Betrieb von Druckluftwerkzeugen wird saubere Luft benötigt.
Korrosionsrückstände, Staub und Schmutz aus der Versorgungsleitung beeinträchtigen die Leistung und schaffen technische
Probleme.
 Reinigen Sie die Teile des Sets gegebenenfalls mit einem
feuchten Tuch.
 Benutzen Sie keine chemischen Reinigungsmittel, die aggressive
Substanzen enthalten, wie Benzin, Verdünnung, etc., da sie den
Kunststoff angreifen können.
Lagerung
 Lagern Sie alle Teile des Sets an einem vor Staub und Schmutz
geschützten, trockenen Ort.

Using
Intended Use
 The compressed air blow out gun of this set is intended for
cleaning and blowing out material from objects and difficult to
access places.
 The intended use also includes an operation following the operating instructions.
 Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying
force) or any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can
lead to serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the
intended purpose. The operator is liable for any damage caused
by improper use.
Before first Use
Unpack the air blow out gun and the required accessory and check
all parts for any damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials
or store them out of reach of children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Start-up
1. The air blow out gun is equipped with an R ¼” air connection (5).
For your own safety it is not recommended to use a permanent
connection between the air blow out gun and the air hose, but
use one of the supplied quick coupling adaptors (9) instead.
2. Seal the thread of the quick coupling adaptor with Teflon tape
before you screw it on the air connection.
3. Screw the ball needle (3) or the blow out nozzle (2) on the tool
holder (7) of the blow out gun.
4. Connect the air hose to the compressed air generator and power
up the generator.
5. Press the trigger (6) to start the delivery of air. The more you
press the trigger, the higher the air output rate will be.
6. Release the trigger to stop the delivery of air.

Using
7. After work disconnect the tool from the compressed air generator.
Notes on using the Auto Valve Adaptor
 Seal the thread of the quick coupling adaptor (9) with Teflon
Tape.
 Connect the quick coupling adaptor with the auto valve adaptor
(4).
 Connect the prepared auto valve adaptor with the quick coupler
of the flexible air hose.
Air Spiral Hose
 Use the spiral hose (8) to connect the air tool to the compressed
air generator.
 Connect both quick couplers (1) with the R ¼” threads of the air
hose.
 Connect the quick couplers with the compressed air source and
with your compressed air tool.
Air Pressure and Air Volume
 Operate the blow out gun with a pressure of 2 – 4 bar using a
compressor with an air suction capacity of at least 200 l/min.
When using higher pressure for operating the air tool than the
max. permitted pressure of 8 resp. 9 bar, its self life will be reduced drastically. The ideal capacity is provided by compressors
with a suction capacity of 300 – 400 l/min.
 Only use air hoses with an inner diameter of at least 9 mm. When
setting up the air pressure, always keep in mind that the pressure
will decrease approx. 0.6 bar when using a 10 m long hose with
an inner diameter of 9 mm.

Using
Maintenance and Care
 To ensure proper functionality and a long lifetime, diligent lubrication and maintenance is essential.
 For operating pneumatic tools clean air is required. Corrosion
residues, dust and dirt from the pneumatic pipes reduce the efficiency of the tool and will cause technical problems.
 Do not allow liquids to enter the tools and never immerse them
into liquids. Water in the compressed air inlet can damage the
machine. Therefore it is recommended to drain the air lines and
the compressor regularly! Also clean the air filters in regular intervals.
 If necessary, clean the parts of the set with a moist cloth.
 Do not use abrasive or aggressive chemicals as benzene or
thinner, which may dissolve plastic parts.
Storing
 Store all parts of the set in a dry location that is protected from
dust and dirt.
