Umstellung von Winter- auf Sommerzeit am 29.03.2009
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
am Sonntag, dem 29.03.2009, erfolgt die Umstellung von Winter- auf Sommerzeit, indem die Uhr
eine Stunde von 02.00 Uhr auf 03.00 Uhr vorgestellt wird. Somit ist die Stunde 3 für den Liefertag
Sonntag nicht handelbar. Bitte beachten Sie folgende Änderungen für den Strom- und Gashandel.
Stundenauktion für Strom:
Bei Stunden- oder Blockgeboten, die über das Hourly Bid Entry / Block Bid Entry Window eingegeben werden und in Stunde 3 ein Volumen enthalten, wird diese Stunde automatisch vom System
abgewiesen.
Wir empfehlen Ihnen generell, sich mittels des Inquiry Buttons zu vergewissern, ob alle Gebote erfolgreich übertragen worden sind.
Im Results Window werden nach Veröffentlichung der Auktionsergebnisse für die Stunde 3 keine
Werte angezeigt.
Intraday-Stromhandel:
Für den Liefertag Sonntag, den 29.03.2009, bestehen nur 23 Stundenkontrakte. Der zweite Kontrakt des Tages trägt die Bezeichnung „01-03“.
Bei Blockkontrakten wird die fehlende Stunde automatisch abgezogen. So enthält z.B. der Kontrakt „00-10“ nur neun Stunden und das Handelslimit wird ebenfalls nur für neun Stunden berechnet.
Blockorders, die mit „02“ beginnen (z.B. „02-06“) oder mit „02“ enden (z.B. „00-02“) werden systemseitig nicht akzeptiert. Alle Blockorders, die mit „00“ oder „01“ beginnen und auf „03“ oder später enden, enthalten eine Stunde weniger als normalen Handelstagen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass
der Kontrakt „01-03“ als nicht als Blockkontrakt, sondern als Stundenkontrakt betrachtet wird.
Gashandel:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass an den Handelstagen Donnerstag, 26.03.2009 und Freitag, 27.03.2009
die Instrumente für Lieferung Samstag sowie Wochenende ein entsprechend geändertes Kontraktvolumen aufweisen. Dies betrifft die folgenden Instrumente:

Transition to daylight savings time on 29 March 2009
Dear trading participants,
The transition to daylight savings time takes place by setting the clock one hour ahead (from 02 to
03) during the night of Sunday 29 March 2009. Hour 3 for delivery on Sunday will not be tradable.
Hourly Auction for power:
For hourly bids and block bids (submitted via Hourly Bid / Block Bid Entry Window) including a volume for hour 3, hour 3 will be rejected in the trading system.
We recommend to make sure that all bids have been successfully transmitted by pressing the Inquiry Button after submitting the bids.
After the publication of the auction results, no values will be indicated in the Results Window for
hour 3.
Intraday Power Trading:
For delivery Sunday, 29 March 2009, only 23 hourly contracts exist. The second contract of the
day is named „01-03“.
The missing hour will be automatically subtracted in block contracts. The contract „00-10“ for example does only contain nine hours and the trading limit is calculated for only nine hours as well.
Block orders starting with “02” (e.g. “02-06”) or ending with “02” (e.g. “00-02”) are not accepted by
the system. All block orders starting with “00” or “01” and ending with “03” or later do contain one
hour less compared to a normal trading day. Please note that the contract “01-03” is considered as
an hourly contract and not as a block contract.
Natural Gas Trading:
Please note that on both trading days, Thursday 26 March and Friday 27 March, the contract volume of the affected instruments is changed as follows:
