Laboratory machine developed for standardized soaping,
washing and rinsing of textile samples.
Soaping machine made of stainless steel with 9 liter glass
vessel, integrated circulation pump and electric heating.
Cooling by means of cold water feeding with overflow.
Level control for 2 and 9 liters.
Programmable cold and hot water soaping / rinsing cycles
controlled by solenoid valves, as well as drain.
Univision Touch Screen microprocessor with color graph
display for automatic process control of heating and cooling
gradient, process time, dosing alarms, circulation pump.
Univision processor based on Windows CE 5.0 operational
system with 16 MB RAM memory for up to 102 programs,
50 steps each.
