which has been committed

by a Russia-German on the
31 year-old Egyptian Marwa Sherbini
overshadows currently the diplomatic,
political and social relations between
Germany and Egypt. At the Nile it is
presumed that behind the attempt
hatred stands on Muslims and Arab,
which is why it has come in completely
Egypt during the past days to several
demonstrations and rallies. Also in
Germany numerous people took interest in the destiny of the victim coming
from Alexandria. Thus a public memorial service took place on today’s Saturday in Dresden in which also some
politicians, diplomat’s association representative from Egypt and Germany
have taken part. As the Egyptian message confirmed in Berlin, in the meantime, Alexandria in the memory of Marwa Sherbini will name a street in the
metropolis at the Mediterranean Sea
after the murder victim. Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel (CDU) as well as
foreign minister and candidate for the
post of Chancellor Frank-Walter Stein-

Ägypten ist nicht mehr das, was es einmal war. Die Eindrücke sind randvoll: Wer vor 12 Jahren in Ägypten als Tauchlehrer arbeitete, wird die meisten Ecken nicht mehr wiedererkennen, sobald er den Vorher-nachher-Vergleich macht. Gemütliche Beschaulichkeit ist hochmodernen Hotelbauten
gewichen, und alleine mit einem Tauchboot am Riff steht heute kaum noch jemand. Aber: Mülltonnen, die regelmäßig geleert werden, gehören mittlerweile zum Standart, wie das Trinkwasser, das heute meist aus Leitungen und nicht per LKW kommt, oder Straßenkehrer, die mehr machen, als
nur den Dreck von einer Seite zur anderen zu kehren. Immer mehr Straßen werden aufgerissen, um neue Leitungen mit Ab- und Frischwasser und Gas
zu verlegen, und auch im modernen Ägypten haben Blitzer an den Strassen Einzug gehalten. Der Verkehr ist sicherer geworden und die Anreise schneller.
Oft genug kommt es vor, dass man in Europa länger auf seinen Koffer warten muss als in Hurghada. Die Toiletten am Flughafen können mittlerweile unentgeltlich benutzt werden, auch die Kofferwägelchen bekommt man ohne einen Piaster, und der weitere Ausbau ist in Arbeit. Fortschritt in Ägypten: Der
macht auch auf dem Meer nicht halt. Organisationen wie HEPCA (Hurghada Environmental Protection and Conservation Association) und CDWS (Egyptian Chamber of Diving and Watersports) gewinnen an Einfluss und engagieren sich massiv für den Umweltschutz und entsprechende Maßnahmen: Wassersportcenter, ohne ISO-Zertifizierung wurden rigoros geschlossen, ein Pfandsystem soll das Aufkommen der auf und im Wasser verwehten Plastiktüten reduzieren und damit den Umweltmüll, der zur wachsenden Gefahr für Flora und Fauna wird, reduzieren helfen. Es hat sich viel getan in Ägypten!

Egypt is not any more that what it was once. The impressions are full: Who worked 12 years ago in Egypt as a diving instructor, will not recognize most
of the corners any more, as soon as he makes the before- after-comparison. Comfortable leisureliness has given way to very modern hotel constructions, and today somebody stands hardly alone with a diving boot in the reef. But: The garbage tonnes which are emptied regularly belong meanwhile
to the state kind like to turn the drinking water which comes today mostly from pipelines and not by truck, or sweeper which make more, than only the
mud unilaterally to the others. More and more streets are torn open to move new pipelines with sewage and fresh water and gas, and also in modern Egypt
flashers have entered in the streets. The traffic has become surer and the journey faster. Often enough it seems that one must wait in Europe longer for his
suitcase than in Hurghada. The toilets at the airport can be used meanwhile free of charge, also gets the suitcase trolleys without any Piaster, and the other
removal is in work. Progress in Egypt: It also does not stop on the sea. verübt worden ist, überschattet derzeit die diplomatischen, politischen
und gesellschaftlichen Beziehungen
zwischen Deutschland und Ägypten.
Am Nil wird gemutmaßt, dass hinter
dem Attentat ein Hass auf Moslems
und Araber steht, weshalb es in ganz
Ägypten in den vergangenen Tagen
zu mehreren Demonstrationen und
Kundgebungen gekommen ist. Auch in
Deutschland nahmen zahlreiche Menschen Anteil an dem Schicksal des
aus Alexandria stammenden Opfers.
So fand am heutigen Samstag eine
öffentliche Trauerfeier in Dresden statt, an der auch einige Politiker, Diplomaten Verbandsvertreter aus Ägypten
und Deutschland teilgenommen haben. Wie die ägyptische Botschaft
in Berlin inzwischen bestätigte, wird
Alexandria im Gedenken an Marwa
Sherbini eine Straße in der Metropole
am Mittelmeer nach dem Mordopfer
benennen. Bundeskanzlerin Angela
Merkel (CDU) sowie Außenminister
und Kanzlerkandidat Frank-Walter
Steinmeier drückten der Familie gegenüber ihr Beileid aus und gaben
Ägypten das Versprechen, alles für
die rückhaltlose Aufklärung des Verbrechens zu tun. Marwa Sherbini war
bei einem Prozess in Dresden im Gerichtssaal vom Angeklagten mit einem
Messer attackiert worden und den
Verletzungen anschließend erlegen.
Der Ehemann des Opfers überlebte
den Angriff schwer verletzt. Nachdem
der Angeklagte für schuldig befunden
worden war, Marwa Sherbini als “Terroristin“ und “Islamistin“ bezeichnet zu
haben und daher zu einer Geldstrafe
verurteilt worden war, ging er im Anschluss an die Urteilsverkündung unvermittelt auf sein wehrloses Opfer los.

und Sonntagen geschlossen
sind, kann dies auch einmal
eine Wartezeit bis zum nächsten Werktag bedeuten. An-
ders sieht es aus, wenn KfzPapiere, Führerschein und
Personalausweis
abhanden gekommen sind. Diese
Dokumente können nur von
den Heimatbehörden ersetzt
werden. Auf der Rückreise
kommt man jedoch zumeist
mit einer Verlustbescheinigung der Polizei zurecht.

Recently in the diving centre... Neulich an der Tauchbasis...
A few days ago a
quick-tempered discussion about the
achievements or in
this case slips of a diving base
kindled. Discussion leader
was an “experienced” diver.
With pleasure we call
this diver “Erwin” – surname
“experienced”
(briefly Erwin E. from D.)
Of course Erwin E. has dived
already everywhere, the salt
crystals of all oceans and
mucus algae of all lakes still

has distributed his 90 dives
to 25 years, and, actually, it is
rather a ticking time bomb or
a porous compressed air bottle than an experienced diver.
After all this experience, Erwin E. from D. had to known
all his annoyance about the
just carried out afternoon
dive loudly in the office of the
diving base. „In Safaga the
afternoon dives are always
in the sun – and here they
are always in the shade.“
The office argument, nevertheless, we would be on the

Natürlich hat Erwin E. schon
überall getaucht, die Salzkristalle aller Weltmeere und
Schleimalgen aller Seen
befinden sich immer noch im
Inneren seines Jackets. Seine
90 Tauchgänge hat er auf
25 Jahre verteilt, und eigentlich ist er eher eine tickende
Zeitbombe beziehungsweise
eine poröse Pressluftflasche
als ein erfahrener Taucher.
Nach all dieser Erfahrung
musste Erwin E. aus D. all
seinen Unmut über den
gerade durchgeführten Nachmittagtauchgang
lautstark
im Office der Tauchbasis
kund tun. „in Safaga sind die
Nachmittagstauchgänge immer in der Sonne – und hier
sind sie immer im Schatten.“
Das Office-Argument, wir
wären doch auf dem selben Längengrad, und somit
stünde die Sonne genauso
wie in Safaga, drang nicht
durch die Salzkristalle in Erwins Ohr. Auch weitere Argumente, dass wir zwar an
allem Schuld wären, auch
an der Verspätung seines
Fluges, aber gewiss nicht am
Lauf der Sonne, vergingen
in den Weiten des Meeres
oder im Gehirn von Erwin E.
Natürlich hat man die Diskussion verloren und wie
üblich klein beigegeben und:

Somit wird jetzt die 137. Petition an den ägyptischen Staat
eingereicht und gefordert,
dass das Rote Meer in den
kommenden Jahren so verschoben wird, dass gefälligst alle Taucher auch nachmittags die Sonne auf dem

Roten Meer fiele es gar nicht
auf, wenn sich ein Bagger um
die Kontinentalverschiebung
kümmern würde. Durch ein
paar einfache Handgriffe am
Suezkanal wäre es bestimmt
einfach zu erreichen, dass
ganz Afrika in eine leichte
Driftbewegung kommt. Man
bedenke, auch die Kollegen in
Kenia und Mozambik würden
diesen Antrag auf mehr
Sonne bei den Nachmittagstauchgängen unterstützen.
Als nächstes kommt dann
die Petition 138. Die Kernforderung: eine Reduzierung
von Gezeiten und Strömung.

Das Problem ist folgendes:

Preisverhandlung sind sie
bereits unterwegs, mit anderen Worten Sie kommen,
fahrender Weise, Ihrem Ziel
näher, und der Gewinner ist
auf jedem Fall der Fahrer!!!
Normalerweise zahlt man
pro Fahrt und Person einen ägyptischen Pfund, wobei es Punkte gibt wo sich
der Fahrtpreis verdoppelt!
Ein Beispiel: wollen Sie vom
Grand Hotel nach Downtown,
so zahlen Sie bis Sakalla
zwei Pfund. Von dort nach
Downtown einen weiteren
Pfund. Sollten Sie Glück haben und der Bus fährt durch,
zahlen Sie eben 2 Pfund.
Wenn Sie also mit einem
leeren Minibus fahren wollen, handeln Sie vorher (!)
den Preis aus. Stellen Sie
auch klar das der Preis
nicht pro Person, sondern
für alle Insassen ist! Denken Sie daran, normalerweise 1 Pfund pro Person!!!
Besser ist es , wenn Sie einen
Minibus nehmen in dem Einheimische sitzen. Hier wird
es keine Diskussion geben,
man akzeptiert Ihr Pfund.
Vorsichtig sollten Sie aber
dann werden, wenn der letzte
Ägypter den Bus verlässt.
Von eben auf jetzt sitzen
Sie nämlich in einem Taxi!!!
Wichtig ist folgendes: egal
womit Sie fahren, haben Sie
das Geld immer passend!!!
Ein Bus- oder Taxifahrer kann
niemals wechseln! Wenn Sie
30 Pfund zum Flughafen
ausgehandelt haben aber mit
einem 50 Pfund Schein zahlen, sind die 50 Pfund weg!
Lassen Sie sich niemals! in
die Brieftasche greifen! Passen Sie vor allem bei Dunkelheit auf, dass Sie auch
wirklich den richtigen Schein
gegriffen haben und zeigen
Sie dem Fahrer das! Sehr
schnell kann man hier zum
Beispiel 50 Piaster und 20
Pfund verwechseln! Dies ist
übrigens auch ein beliebter
Trick: Sie geben 20 Pfund
hin, bevor Sie sich versehen
können wird diese Geldnote
gegen 50 Piaster ausgetauscht und dann reklamiert!
Private Transportunternehmen: Davon gibt es zwei,
El Gouna Transport und
seit Kurzem High Jet. Diese
fahren in der Zeit von 6.00
Uhr bis 2.00 Uhr im ca. 20
- 30 Minutentakt von Bushaltestellen. Hier bekommen Sie ganz normal ein
Ticket, der Preis ist abhängig von der Entfernung. Zur
Rushhour sind diese Busse
allerdings meist voll, da die
Einheimischen diese Transportmöglichkeit gern nutzen.

In Hurghada Sherrystreet
a dog has run away. It is a
German pointer and, hence,
rather seldom in Egypt. The
dog I female and is approx. 8
month-old.
The dog is “caught” supposed this and is resold in
Cairo.
The dog has clear signs:

With the Egypt diet it

in the classical sense,

life style. It can be looked as
a variation on the Mediterranean diet and it is a matter
still of emphasising some differences: Because Egypt is

Da Ägypten ein muslimisch
geprägtes Land ist, wird weitestgehend auf alkoholische
Getränke verzichtet. Weiterhin essen Ägypter - zumindest im Binnenland - wenig
Fisch, dafür aber besonders
viele Hülsenfrüchte. Menschen, die diesen Lebensstil praktizieren, leben Studien zufolge länger, besser
und vor allem gesünder als

Europäer.

German Pointer und daher

Es wird vermutet das der

Kairo weiterverkauft wird.
Der Hund hat eine deutliche
Merkmale:

mineral substances, trace elements and vitamins. Thus, for example, vitamin E of untimely ageing counteracts and works

mind in harmony.

Obst und Gemüse - Obst und Gemüse enthalten viele Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, Spurenelemente, Enzyme, reichlich Faserstoffe und Wasser. Beim Kauf sollte man auf eine gute Qualität und auf Frische achten sowie Produkte aus kontrolliertem,
ökologischen Anbau vorziehen. Man sollte täglich mindestens sowohl eine Portion Gemüse (ca. 200 g), eine Portion Salat
(ca. 75 g) als auch eine Portion Obst (ca. 200 g) zu sich nehmen. Denn frisches Obst und Gemüse enthält alle essentiellen
Nährstoffe, die wir für unsere Gesundheit benötigen.
Hülsenfrüchte - Es ist hervorzuheben, dass Ägypter besonders großen Wert auf den Verzehr von Hülsenfrüchten legen. Sie
liefern dem Körper viele wichtige Nährstoffe und Ballaststoffe, die der Gesundheit förderlich sind. Hülsenfrüchte halten nicht
nur lange satt, sondern bringen zudem die Verdauung in Schwung und senken den Cholesterinspiegel. Sie binden Giftstoffe
im Körper und führen sie über den Darm ab. Dies führt zu einer Entlastung des Immunsystems.
Fisch - Obwohl vor allem im Binnenland Ägyptens nur wenig Fisch konsumiert wird, wissen die Ägypter dennoch seine
gesunde Wirkung zu schätzen. Denn neben Obst und Gemüse spielt auch Fisch eine wichtige Rolle für eine gesunde und
ausgewogene Ernährung. Seefisch liefert hochwertiges, leicht verdauliches Eiweiß, ist reich an essentiellen, mehrfach
gesättigten Fettsäuren (v. a. an wertvollen Omega-3-Fettsäuren) und versorgt uns mit lebenswichtigen Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen.
Wein ? - Aus religiösen Gründen verzichten Ägypter gänzlich auf den Genuss von alkoholischen Getränken. Dennoch sollte
erwähnt werden, dass sich der gemässigte Genuss von Wein positiv auf Herz und Kreislauf auswirken soll. Schon eine
wenig mehr als das eine Glas Wein am Tag, schadet der hingegen der Gesundheit. Aus diesem Grund ist der totale Verzicht
auf jedlichen Alkohol sicher nicht die schlechteste Entscheidung
Aktiver Lebensstil - Für ein gesundes und vitales Leben ist nicht nur eine gesunde und vollwertige Ernährung wichtig,
sondern auch ein aktiver Lebensstil mit viel Bewegung. So verfügen beispielsweise nur wenige Ägypter über ein Auto,
sondern betätigen sich körperlich und halten auf diese Art und Weise Körper und Geist in Einklang.
