racchiude all’interno della sua prestigiosa sede: uffici, show-room, laboratori di ricerca ed un’attività manifatturiera a ciclo
completo. L’attività produttiva comprende tutti i passaggi di lavorazione, dalla materia prima: lamiera d’acciaio e dall’alluminio,
fino ad arrivare alla verniciatura ed all’assemblaggio del prodotto finale. Durante l’intero processo la qualità del prodotto viene
costantemente verificata, sia sui materiali, sia sui componenti realizzati internamente.

For more than 35 years Metalmek Illuminazione SRL has been the leader in the sector of technical lighting. Its location in Lainate (Mi) includes offices, a showroom, research laboratories and a complete manufacturing cycle. The production includes the
complete process, from the treatment of the sheet steel and aluminium, to powder coating and assembly of the end product.
The quality of the finished product is continuously tested throughout the various phases of production.
The range of products is mainly intended for tertiary, civil, commercial and furnishing use. Thanks to its experience and managing system, the competitive advantage of the company is based on the rapid satisfaction of customers’ needs. This, together
with distinguishing competences in choosing scrupulously raw materials and deciding how they are processed, identifies the

Depuis plus de 35 ans leader dans le secteur de l’éclairage, Metalmek Illuminazione SRL, située à Lainate (Mi), accueille au
sein de son siège prestigieux : des bureaux, des show rooms, des laboratoires de recherche, ainsi qu’une activité manufacturière à cycle complet. L’activité de production comprend tous les passages d’usinage : de la tôle et aluminium, au vernissage
et assemblage du produit final. La qualité du produit est continuellement testée au cours des différentes phases de production,

Seit mehr als 35 Jahren ist Metalmek Illuminazione SRL Leader auf dem Gebiet der Beleuchtungstechnik. Das Stammhaus
in Lainate (Mi) bietet Büros, Forschungs- und Entwicklungslaboratorien, einen Showroom und die komplette Produktion. Der
Produktionsablauf umfasst alle
Herstellungsschritte von der Bearbeitung des Stahlblechs oder Aluminiums, über die Lackierstraße bis zur Montage des
Endproduktes. Die Qualität des Produktes hinsichtlich der Materialgüte wie auch der verbauten Teile unterliegt einer permanenten Kontrolle während der gesamten Produktion.
Das Sortiment ist hauptsächlich auf die Verwendung im Dienstleistungs-, Zivil- Handels- und Einrichtungsbereich ausgerichtet.

tecnologica. Infatti, grazie ai suoi impianti all’avanguardia, è in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza nella realizzazione di
prodotti ad hoc e su disegno del cliente/committente. La società collabora fattivamente con architetti, progettisti ed università
per lo studio del design, dei prototipi e nella sperimentazione tecnologica .
Ulteriore punto di forza dell’azienda è una progettazione illuminotecnica trasparente, legata all’innovazione, alla ricerca sul risparmio energetico ed alla corretta implementazione della luce nell’ambiente. Il nuovo catalogo 2012-2014 segna un’ulteriore
passo avanti della società nell’ottica dell’ampliamento della propria gamma prodotti.
TECHNOLOGY AND PROJECT
Metalmek Illuminazione has been producing and exporting its products for years with great success whilst paying particular
attention to technological innovation. Thanks to its installations in the forefront, it satisfies any need for manufacturing products
ad hoc and upon any customers/buyers’ drawings. The company actively cooperates with architects, designers and universities in the study of design, prototypes and technological experimentation.
A further strength of the company is a clear lighting technique design, bounded up to innovation, research on energy saving
and the correct implementation of light in the environment. The new catalogue 2012-2014 marks another step forward for the
company to enlarge its product line.

Depuis des années, Metalmek Illuminazione fabrique et exporte ses produits avec succès, en restant toujours sensible à l’innovation technologique. En effet, grâce à ses installations à l’avant-garde, elle est en mesure de satisfaire toutes les exigences
du client/commanditaire en terme de réalisation de produits personnalisés et sur projet. La société collabore activement avec
des architectes, des auteurs de projets et des universités pour l’étude du design et des prototypes et dans l’expérimentation
technologique.
Autre point fort de Metalmek Illuminazione est un projet d’éclairage transparent lié à l’innovation, à la recherche en matière
d’économie d’énergie, ainsi qu’à l’implémentation correcte de la lumière dans les pièces. Le nouveau catalogue 2012-2014
est un autre pas en avant de la société pour l’agrandissement de la gamme de ses produits.

Metalmek Illuminazione produziert und exportiert seit Jahren mit Erfolg seine eigenen Produkte und verfolgt seit jeher
aufmerksam die technischen Neuerungen. Dank seiner modernsten Produktionsmaschinen kann der Betrieb allen Wünschen
bezüglich der Realisation der Produkte ad hoc und nach Entwurf des Kunden / des Auftraggebers gerecht werden. Die Gesellschaft arbeitet eng mit Architekten, Designern und mit der Universität für Design an der Entwicklung von Prototypen und
technischen Versuchsreihen zusammen.
Eine weitere Stärke des Betriebes ist seine klare Beleuchtungsplanung, die der Innovation, Forschung zur Energieeinsparung
und einer korrekten Anwendung des Lichts in den Räumen verbunden ist. Der neue Katalog 2012-2014 ist ein weiterer Schritt
nach vorn in Richtung der Erweiterung der Produktpalette.

METALMEK ILLUMINAZIONE ADERISCE AL CONSORZIO ZHAGA
Metalmek Illuminazione entra a far parte di Zhaga – Consorzio per la standardizzazione dei LED light engines.
L’obiettivo del consorzio Zhaga è quello di consentire l’interscambiabilità tra articoli di produttori differenti.
L’interscambiabilità è raggiunta definendo le interfacce per una varietà di light engine e per particolari applicazioni.
Zhaga è stato creato a beneficio dei consumatori, perché la standardizzazione impedirà la frammentazione del
mercato in light engine non compatibili. Gli standard Zhaga offriranno ai consumatori la sicurezza di acquistare
prodotti LED che siano facilmente sostituibili e disponibili a livello commerciale, continuando a usufruire degli
upgrade consentiti dalla tecnologia LED.
La necessità di investire in favore dello sviluppo e dell’ammodernamento dei sistemi tecnologici, ha condotto
Metalmek Illuminazione a instaurare una partnership con Zhaga, nell’ottica di contribuire alla creazione di progetti ad
elevata innovazione tecnologica.
METALMEK ILLUMINAZIONE JOINS ZHAGA’S CONSORTIUM
Metalmek Illuminazione has joined Zhaga – Consortium to drive standardization of Led light engine interfaces.
Zhaga’s aim is to enable interchangeability between products made by diverse manufacturers. Interchangeability is
achieved by defining interfaces for a variety of application-specific light engines.
Zhaga is being formed for the benefit of the consumers in the expectation that standardization will prevent market
fragmentation into incompatible light engines. Zhaga standards will give consumers the confidence to specify and
purchase LED products that will be easily replaceable and commercially available, while continuously enjoying the
performance upgrades that LED technology enables.
The need to invest in technological systems’ development and innovation has led Metalmek Illuminazione to be a
member of Zhaga, in order to contribute to the creation of innovative, hi-tech projects.
METALMEK ILLUMINAZIONE ADHÈRE AU CONSORTIUM ZHAGA
Metalmek Illuminazione vient d’adhérer à Zhaga – Consortium pour la normalisation des interfaces des modules
LED. Le but du consortium Zhaga est de faciliter l’interchangeabilité des produits LED des différents fabricants.
Cette interchangeabilité passe par la conception d’interfaces pour une large gamme de modules à usage spécifique.
La formation de Zhaga est bénéfique au consommateur, puisque la normalisation devrait prévenir la fragmentation
du marché et l’apparition de modules incompatibles. Les normes mises en place par Zhaga permettront au
consommateur d’acquérir des produits LED facilement remplaçables et disponibles dans le commerce, tout en
bénéficiant de l’amélioration continue des performances des produits permise par la technologie LED. La nécessité
d’investir dans le développement et dans la modernisation des systèmes technologiques a menée
Metalmek Illuminazione a se joindre à Zhaga afin de contribuer à la création de projets innovateurs de haute
technologie.
METALMEK ILLUMINAZIONE TRITT DEM ZHAGA KONSORTIUM BEI
Metalmek Illuminazione ist dem ZHAGA-Konsortium beigetreten um die Standardisierung der LED-Schnittstellen
mit voran zu treiben. Zhaga soll die Austauschbarkeit von Produkten verschiedener Hersteller ermöglichen. Die
Austauschbarkeit wird durch die Definition von Schnittstellen für eine Vielzahl anwendungsspezifischer LED-Module
erreicht. Zhaga wird zum Nutzen der Kunden geschaffen -in der Erwartung, dass die Standardisierung eine Fragmentierung des Marktes mit inkompatiblen LED-Modulen verhindert. Die Zhaga-Standards sollen dem Kunden die
Sicherheit geben, LED-Beleuchtungslösungen zu konzipieren und LED-Produkte mit Lichtmodulen zu kaufen, die
problemlos gegen andere kommerziell verfügbare LED-Module ausgetauscht werden können. Der Kunde kann so
an der stetigen Leistungssteigerunge der LED-Technologie teilhaben. Das Bedürfnis in den Fortschritt technischer
Systeme zu investieren, hat dazu geführt, dass Metalmek Illuminatione sich ZHAGA angeschlossen hat, um zu der
Entwicklung innovativer Hightech Produkte beizutragen.

METALMEK E L’AMBIENTE
Seguiamo da anni una politica che mira alla qualità dell’ambiente compatibile con il futuro della nostra società. In tutte le fasi attinenti allo sviluppo, alla progettazione,
alla produzione ed alla commercializzazione è nostro obiettivo sostenere le risorse delle fonti di energia e la tutela ambientale.Si può partecipare attivamente alla riduzione degli effetti dannosi sull’ambiente risparmiando energia, senza rinunciare all’efficienza ed al confort visivo, facendo semplicemente attenzione ai seguenti aspetti:
- Progettazione illuminotecnica.
- Utilizzo di corpi luminosi ad alta efficienza in funzione della tipologia di utilizzazione e della qualità della luce.
- Studio della luce naturale per la realizzazione di impianti con regolazione continua del flusso.
- Utilizzo di dispositivi elettronici, quali: sistemi di controllo, sensori di presenza e di luminosità, reattori dimmerabili ed in particolare quelli del tipo Digital Addressable
Lighting Interface (interfaccia di illuminazione digitale – DALI).
Questi dispositivi sono in grado di interagire con la gestione della fonte luminosa, al fine di raggiungere un completo controllo dell’illuminazione con grande flessibilità
e migliori livelli di rendimento.
La scelta ponderata dei corpi illuminanti, riduce nettamente le emissioni di CO2 contrastando l’effetto serra, aumenta il risparmio energetico contribuendo alla
salvaguardia delle risorse ambientali. Inoltre, Metalmek Illuminazione aderisce al consorzio ECOLIGHT, per lo smaltimento ed il recupero a fine vita dei propri apparecchi
d’illuminazione secondo il Decreto Legislativo n.151 del 25/7/2005.
METALMEK AND THE ENVIRONMENT
For years we have been working towards aiming at the quality of the environment compatible with the future of our company. In all stages relating to development, design,
production and marketing, our target is to sustain the resources of energy sources and protect the environment.It is possible to take part in reducing damaging effects
on the environment, saving energy, without renouncing efficiency or visual comfort. This is made possible by paying attention to the following aspects:
- Lighting technique design.
- Use of high efficiency luminous objects according to their utilization and quality of light.
- Study of natural light for the realisation of installations with continuous adjustment of the luminous flux.
- Use of electronic devices, such as: control systems, presence and light sensors, dimmable ballasts (particularly the Digital Addressable Lighting Interface Sensors DALI).
These devices are able to interact with the management of the luminous source, to enable complete control of the lighting with high flexibility and better levels of
efficiency.
The careful choice of lighting elements greatly reduces the emissions of CO2 contrasting the greenhouse effect and increasing energy saving, therefore contributing
to the safety of environmental resources. Moreover, Metalmek Illuminazione participates in the ECOLIGHT consortium, for disposal and recycling of products at the end
of their life, in compliance with the Legislative Decree no.151 dated 25/7/2005.
METALMEK ET L’ENVIRONNEMENT
Wir verfolgen seit Jahren eine Politik, die versucht den Umweltschutz und die Zukunft unserer Gesellschaft miteinander in Einklang zu bringen. In allen Phasen der
Entwicklung, des Designs, der Herstellung und der Vermarktung ist es unser Ziel, die Energieressourcen zu schonen und den Umweltschutz zu unterstützen. Die
schädlichen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt können aktiv durch Energiesparen reduziert werden, ohne auf Effizienz und optischen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Dies
wird durch die Berücksichtigung der folgenden Aspekte ermöglicht:
- Projet d’éclairage.
- Utilisation de luminaires à haut rendement, en fonction de l’utilisation et de la qualité de la lumière.
- Etude de la lumière naturelle pour la réalisation d’installations avec réglage continu du flux.
- Utilisation de dispositifs électroniques, tels que : systèmes de contrôle, capteurs de présence et de luminosité, ballasts dimmables et, en particulier, ceux du type Digital
Addressable Lighting Interface (interface d’éclairage numérique – DALI).
Ces dispositifs permettent d’interagir avec la gestion de la source lumineuse, afin de contrôler complètement l’éclairage avec flexibilité et de meilleurs niveaux de
rendement.
Le choix pondéré des luminaires réduit nettement les émissions de CO2, en contrastant ainsi l’effet de serre, puis il accroît l’économie d’énergie en contribuant
ainsi à la sauvegarde des ressources de l’environnement. De plus, Metalmek Illuminazione adhère à l’association ECOLIGHT, pour l’écoulement et la récupération des
appareils d’éclairage à la fin du cycle, conformément au Décret législatif n°151 du 25/7/2005

Die schädlichen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt können aktiv durch Energiesparen reduziert werden, ohne auf Effizienz und optischen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Das
ermöglicht die Berücksichtigung der folgenden Aspekte:
- Beleuchtungsplanung.
- Verwendung von Hochleistungsleuchtkörpern entsprechend der Nutzung und Einsatzkriterien des Lichts.
- Einbeziehung des Tageslichtes zur Realisierung von Installationen mit ständiger Lichtstromverstellung
- Verwendung von elektronischen Vorrichtungen, wie z.B.: Steuersysteme, Anwesenheits- und Tageslichtsensoren, Dimmer und insbesondere DALI Vorschaltgeräte
(Digital Addressable Lighting Interface / digitale Beleuchtungsschnittstelle).
Diese Vorrichtungen interagieren mit der Steuerung der Lichtquelle, um eine vollständige Kontrolle der Beleuchtung mit hoher Flexibilität und bestmöglicher
Leistungsfähigkeit zu erreichen.
Die ausgewogene Auswahl der Beleuchtungselemente reduziert deutlich die Kohlendioxidemissionen und wirkt somit dem Treibhauseffekt entgegen, steigert die
Energieeinsparung und trät zum Schutz der Umweltressourcen bei. Zur Entsorgung und zum Recycling der Beleuchtungsanlagen bei Ende ihrer Nutzung in
Übereinstimmung mit der Gesetzesverordnung Nr.151 vom 25.07.2005 ist Metalmek Illuminazione außerdem Mitglied des Konsortiums ECOLIGHT.

Per ogni articolo sono riportati i codici di ordinazione delle versioni con cablaggi sia elettromagnetici che
elettronici, e le relative varianti con kit di emergenza. Laddove è indicato “S.R.” significa che l’articolo ed il
relativo codice sono “su richiesta”. La presenza di un trattino sta a segnalare che la relativa versione non
è disponibile.
Each item has its reference code for electromechanical and electronicwiring, as well as the optional version
with emergency unit. The mention “S.R.” means that the item, as well as its reference code, are “upon
request”. The presence of a dash indicates that the the version is not available.
Pour chaque article on a rapporté la référence-commande des versionsferromagnétiques et électroniques,
avec la variante équipée de kit desecours. La mention “S.R.” signifie que l’article, conséquemment sa
référence, est disponible “sur demande”. La présence d’un tiret indique que la version n’est pas disponible.
Für jeden Artikel sind hier die Bestellnummer, sowohl fürelektromagnetische als auch für elektronische

La produzione Metalmek è conforme agli standard indicati dalle Direttive 2000/55/EC che prevedevano, dal
21/11/2005, l’utilizzo di reattori classificati, almeno, in classe B2.
Nella quasi totalità dei casi è disponibile, su richiesta, anche una versione con alimentatore elettronico
dimmerabile.
Metalmek’s products comply with the standards stated by the EC Directives 2000/55, which provided, as
of 21/11/2005, for the use of at least class B2 ballasts.
In most cases, upon request, a dimmable ballast version is available.
La production de Metalmek est conforme aux standard indiqués par les Directives 2000/55/EC qui
prévoyaient, depuis le 21/11/2005, l’utilisation des ballasts étant au moins, en classe B2.
Presque dans tous les cas, la version avec ballast à gradation est disponible sur demande.
Die gesamte Metalmek Produktion steht im Einklang mit den Richtlinien 2000/55/EC, die seit dem
21.11.2005 den Einsatz der Vorschaltgeräte, mit einer Minimum Klassifikation B2 vorschreiben.
