hebro®mold FS
The product
hebro®mold FS is a highly active cleaner for tools and moulds in the
plastics processing industry.
The properties
hebro®mold FS actively and automatically dissolves contaminations on
tools and moulds used for thermal processing, as well as duroplast and
rubber processing.
hebro®mold FS is particularly effective for contamination of moulds with
rust, paint pigmentation, polymer deposits and combustion residues.
hebro®mold FS is a ready-to-use spray foam in a practical aerosol can.
hebro®mold FS can be used on cold and warm moulds.
The advantages
hebro®mold FS guarantees a high level of economy since the good adhesive
properties of the foam ensure excellent cleaning effects even with small amounts.
hebro®mold FS is a universal use product and forms a stable, highly-effective
foam capable of dissolving a variety of contaminations quickly and effectively.

The areas of use
hebro®mold FS is used anywhere where heavily contaminated tools and
moulds in the thermal, duroplast and rubber processing industries require
cleaning of rust, paint pigmentation, polymer deposits and combustion
residues.
The dosage
When using hebro®mold FS aerosol, shake before use. Then hold the
spray can upright and, at a distance of 20-25 cm, apply to the surfaces to
be treated. Leave to work for around 5 minutes. Then remove the
dissolved contaminations and remaining foam.
Note: The product may not be used on aluminium!
