Ladies and Gentlemen
the largest International Textile Machinery Exhibition ITMA once again showed this year in Milan that it is the most important exhibition for our industry. Numerous
visitors, customers and interested parties, institutes and students did not miss the opportunity to pay a visit to the DiloGroup booth.
There was a great interest in all the innovations we showed on a booth area of
1232 m². We presented a wide needling line with a working width of 3.2 x 7 m
and a compact line. All machines were operated with fibre. Numerous technical developments and modifications were presented and information on innovations and inventions in needling technology were explained. The further
improved components for opening and blending of DiloTemafa are especially
suitable for the processing of long staple fibre with reduced cleaning intervals. The visitors were very interested in the card feeder VRS-P and the new
­«VectorQuadro-Card». There were many questions answered regarding the different executions – «Quadro», «Vector» or «Transfer» – of the intermediate section.
The new crosslapper DLSC «Vector 200» which reached web infeed speeds
of up to over 200 m / min was a focus of interest. As the fastest horizontal

crosslapper in the world it will gain a special place in the history of the industry.
The «Vector 200» realized a breakthrough in the range over 200 m / min and
showed a new potential for production lines with cards and crosslapper. The
pre-needleloom with a favorable cost–performance ratio opens new ways for
very economic design characteristics.
Many visitors looking for a small production line were interested in the new
«Compact-Line». This line is especially suitable for niche markets like non­
wovens for medical applications or technical textiles made from special fibres.
The new 2.2 m wide compact needleloom showed the needle module technique
«X22» and its future potential. The innovative idea of «X22» can drastically
reduce time and cost for needle insertion with high needle board densities and
thus pave the way for the further success of needling technology.

Die größte Internationale Textilmaschinenausstellung ITMA hat sich erneut als wichtigste Veranstaltung unserer Branche – dieses Jahr in Mailand – profiliert.
Zahlreiche Besucher, Kunden und Interessenten, Institute und Studenten haben diese Gelegenheit wahrgenommen, unseren DiloGroup Messestand zu besuchen.
Das Interesse für alle Neuheiten, die wir auf 1.232 m² ausgestellt hatten,
war entsprechend groß. Insgesamt waren eine große Vernadelungslinie von
3,2 x 7 m Arbeitsbreite und eine Kompaktanlage zu besichtigen. Alle Maschinen ­haben Fasermaterial verarbeitet. Zahlreiche technische Verbesserungen
und Modifikationen wurden vorgestellt, Informationen zu Innovationen und
Erfindungen, die die Zukunft der Vernadelungstechnik betreffen, ausführlich
erläutert. Die weiter entwickelten Komponenten für Öffnen und Mischen der
DiloTemafa sind besonders geeignet für die Langstapelverarbeitung bei verkürzten Reinigungs­zeiten. Die Krempelspeisung VRS-P und die neue Krempel
«VectorQuadro-Card» stießen auf breites Interesse. Zahlreiche Nachfragen
bezogen sich auf die flexible Zwischengruppe als «Quadro»-, «Vector»- oder
«Transfer»-Ausführung.
Im Mittelpunkt stand natürlich der neue Leger DLSC «Vector 200», der

geschwindigkeiten bis über ca. 200 m / Minute realisiert. Als
weltweit s­chnellster Horizontalleger wird er einen besonderen Platz in der
Branchen­geschichte einnehmen. Der «Vector 200» hat einen Durchbruch in die
­Regionen über 200 m / Minute aufgezeigt und ein neues Potential für Krempel-/
Kreuzleger­anlagen erschlossen. Die Vornadelmaschine DI-LOOM AB 70 mit
ihrem attraktiven Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis beschreibt einen neuen Weg für
besonders wirtschaftliche Baureihenmerkmale.
Die neue DILO «Compact-Line» sprach viele Messebesucher an, die auf der
­Suche waren nach einer kleinen Produktionsanlage. Die DILO «Compact-Line»
erweist sich als ideal geeignet für Nischenmärkte in den Sektoren Medizin­
vliesstoffe oder technische Textilien aus Sonderfasern.
Die 2,2 m breite Kompakt-Nadelmaschine hat für viele eindrucksvoll die Nadelmodultechnik «X22» näher gebracht und ihr Zukunftspotential nachgewiesen.
Dieser innovative Ansatz des «X22» kann den Aufwand für die Brettbestückung
bei hohen und höchsten Nadeldichten drastisch reduzieren und so die Nadel­
vliestechnologie insgesamt zu weiteren Erfolgen führen.
