Four types of Displays
Pronestor Display consists of four different display modules: Room Display, Reception Display, Area Display and Mobile Display. Use the four display modules separately or combined.
Room display
This module shows the current room status and next
meeting for one specific conference room. Mount the
screens outside conference rooms. We have optimized the built-in stock designs for iPads and 7” and
10, 1” Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.
The module is interactive and allows you to book available conference rooms directly from the screens.

Reception display
This module shows all of today’s meeting activities in
selected conference rooms – both current and future
meetings.
Optimized for Full HD (1920x1080 PX).
Area display
This module shows the current room status and next
meeting of selected conference rooms in a given area.
The module comes with or without interactivity for
making instant bookings directly on the screens.
Optimized for Full HD (1920x1080 PX).
Mobile display
This module shows the current room status in all conference
rooms in the building. The module gives a complete overview
and makes it easy to find a free meeting room.
Optimized to work on all mobile devices – smartphones and
tablets - IOS, Android and Windows.
Selected features
Stock designs and design editor
Pronestor Display comes with three different stock designs in which you can apply
your company logo.
Use the built-in design editor and change background color, font color or background image. This feature gives you the possibility of creating a design that is true
to your corporate design profile.

Interactive features
The interactive features allow you to book and edit meetings directly on the screens.
Interactivity is a standard feature in the Room Display module (but you can choose
to do without) and it can be purchased as an add-on to the Area Display.
Central administration
Central administration and monitoring allow you to administrate the solution from a
central point using a web-browser. Handle all configuration and the different feature
settings in the administration module and manage all screens in your company at
the same time.

Heartbeat feature
This feature is monitoring the screens and in case of any errors, the systems automatically sends a notification email to the system administrator.
Error reporting
Report faulty equipment directly from the screen. The
system sends an email directly to the person in charge.
The slide button indicates the reporting of the error.
When the error is rectified, the system automatically resets the error report indication.
Pronestor Analytics
Learn more about the usage of your conference rooms via statistics and reservation
patterns. Pull reports on “No Shows”, number of participants, occupancy rates etc.
With Pronestor Analytics, you get a valuable tool for optimizing the use of your conference rooms.
Pronestor Wall Mounts
Pronestor has designed and produced unique wall mounts
for 7” and 10,1” Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. We have two types
of wall mounts. A LED wall mount and a wall mount without
lights.
The wall mounts with LED indicate from a distance if a meeting room is available or not. You control the LED settings in
the administration module of Pronestor Display and the keyword is flexibility. You
can activate or de-activate the LED lights for different rooms and control the light
intensity. The wall mounts are very elegant and compliment any office environment.
