Installing the PCL printer controller

Einbau
Turn the power off and unplug the power cord.
If the machine has an ADF, remove one screw and plate printer B. Otherwise go to step 4.
Disconnect one connector.
Remove eleven screws and the plate printer A.
Attach one PCB spacer.
Attach two stud spacers.
Attach the PCL printer board and screw it using three screws.

1 Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie das Netzkabel ab.
2 Wenn das Gerät einen Einzelblatteinzug besitzt, entfernen Sie eine Schraube und den
Plate Printer, bzw. gehen Sie weiter zu Schritt 4.
3 Ziehen Sie einen Stecker ab.
4 Entfernen Sie die elf Schrauben sowie den Plate Printer A.
5 Bringen Sie einen Platinen-Distanzstück an.
6 Bringen Sie zwei Stift-Distanzstücke an.
7 Setzen Sie die PCL-Druckerplatine auf die Spacer, und schrauben Sie sie mit drei
Schrauben fest.

8 Attach two spacers to the Main PCB.
9 Attach two spacers to the PCL printer board.
10 Attach the Joint PCB to the PCL printer board and Main PCB, and screw it using two
screws.
1 Reattach the parts that was removed in steps 2 to 4.

*Use the enclosed CD to install the print drivers.

8 Bringen Sie zwei Spacers an der Hauptplatine an.
9 Bringen Sie zwei Spacers am PCL-Druckerplatine an.
10 Bringen Sie die Kombinationsplatine mit zwei Schrauben an die PCL-Druckerplatine und
die Hauptplatine an.
1 Bringen Sie die in den Schritten 2 bis 4 ausgebauten Bauteile wieder an.
