Grundbesitz (Lage, Verkehrswert usw.) erteilt auf Anfrage das zuständige Grundbuchamt.
Aufgrund der großen Anzahle eingehender Erbscheinsanträge wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die
Bearbeitung Ihres Antrags meherere Monate dauern kann, da die Deutsche Botschaft die Eingänge in
chronologischer Reihenfolge bearbeitet. Wir bedauern, wenn Ihnen dadurch Unannehmlichkeiten
entstehen sollten, bitten jedoch um Verständnis für diese Verzögerungen. Die Deutsche Botschaft

Your application will be handled only if all required information and documentation relating to
section I are presented. You can ask the competent German land registry for information concerning
description and market value of real estate.
The applications are being processed in chronological order. Due to the large number of incoming
applications it may take several months until the draft of the application will be ready for signing.
