Der Wirbelschichttrockner ist eine Maschine speziell zur schonenden Trocknung und Kühlung von Getreideflocken.
Im Anschluss an den Flockenwalzenstuhl bildet der Konvektionstrockner, zusammen mit dem nachgeschalteten
Kontrollsieb, das Finish einer Flockieranlage.
The fluid bed dryer is a machine designed especially for protective drying and cooling of cereal flakes. Connected to the
roller mill the convection dryer, together with the downstream control screen comprise the finish of a flaking system.
El secador y enfriador es una máquina para el secado y la frescura de núcleos de cereales, o bien de copos de
cereales. Después del banco laminador, este secador por convección forma junto con la criba de control siguiendo,
el final de la planta de floculación.

In der Edelstahlkonstruktion mit seitlichen Beobachtungsfens­
tern werden die feucht-warmen Flocken mit heißer Trock­
nungsluft durchströmt und danach Kühlluft ausgesetzt. Durch
die verstellbare Neigung des Wirbelschichttrockners kann die
Verweil­dauer in der Maschine und somit die Endfeuchtigkeit
des Produkts variiert werden. Das Ergebnis: optimal ge­trocknete
Flocken mit minimalem Abrieb. Für das Einblasen von Warmluft
erwärmt ein Heizregister die Luft von 10 °C auf 100 °C mit einem
maximalen Dampfverbrauch von 400 kg/h. Alle Eingänge für
Luft, Produkt, Abluft­und Endprodukt sind mit Kompensatoren
ausgerüstet.
Die Maschine ist in Sonderausführung zur Zwangsförderung
lieferbar.
In the stainless steel construction with side observation windows,
hot drying air flows through the moist-warm flakes, which are
then exposed to cooling air. Through the adjustable inclination of
the fluid bed dryer the dwell time in the machine and thus the final
moisture of the product can be varied. The result: Optimally dried
flakes with minimal abrasion. The heating register for the blownin hot air warms the air from 10 °C to 100 °C with a maximum
steam consumption of 400 kg/h. All inputs for air, product, waste
air and final product are equipped with compensators.

En la construcción de acero inoxidable con ventanas de
observación lateral, los copos calientes y húmedos son
atravesado con aire de secado y después expuesto al
aire refrigerante. Mediante la inclinación ajustable del
secador y enfriador, puede variar el tiempo de per­
manencia en la máquina y por lo tanto la humedad final
del producto. El resultado: Copos desecados ópti­
mamente al mínimo abrasión. El registro de calefacción
para la entrada del aire calienta el aire de 10 °C hasta
max. 100 °C con un consumo de vapor de max. 400 kg/h.
Todos entradas para aire, producto, aire salida y pro­
ducto final son equipadas con compensadores.
Máquina disponible en ejecución especial con transporte
forzado.
