EHLEBRACHT Kunststoff-Technik offers its customers the injection moulding production of technical
and optical components in single or multiple component processes, as well as surface refinement and
module assemblies from a single source.
Als verlässlicher Partner der Industrie haben wir uns als
Lieferant im Industriesegment „Automotive“ Erfahrung

auch für die Folgeprozesse wie Montage und Veredelung für die jeweils herzustellenden Komponenten zur
Lieferung an unsere Kunden.

Within the scope of the project development in preparation for serial delivery, we can take over the project
planning of injection moulding tools on behalf of our

Für eine technisch prozesssichere Herstellung auch
von komplexen Chrom-Bauteilen hat die EHLEBRACHT
Kunststoff-Technik mit der 3D-Masking Technologie
einen automatisierbaren Prozess zum Maskieren bzw.
Bestoppen von Bauteilen in Bereichen entwickelt, die
zur Aufrechterhaltung der Funktionserfordernisse frei
von Chrom bleiben müssen. Sie ermöglicht das präzise
trennscharfe und positionsgenaue Kaschieren verschiedener Niveau-Ebenen und Strukturen im Industriemaßstab.
In order to facilitate the technically process-assured
production of complex chrome parts too, with its 3D
masking technology EHLEBRACHT Kunststoff-Technik
has developed an automatable process for masking or
blanking parts in areas that must remain free of chrome
in order to meet with the functional requirements. This
enables the precisely selective and positionally accurate
lamination of various levels and structures on an industrial scale.
